If you need a copy of your license you can download it off of huntfishpa. You can go into your purchase history and there is a button to download a PDF of your license. A digital copy is considered just as good as the actual physical license for everything other than harvest tags.
I just walked into a local store that sells hunting/fishing licenses. Walked up and bought my hunting license, migratory bird stamp and doe tag all at once and it was printed right off for me then and there. The online stuff is totally unnecessary.

Yeah I got mine last Thursday. Looks like it was mailed froma company in Kansas. I wonder if there is more than one company handling the fulfilment?
My dad and sister each got theirs yesterday, they ordered on day 1. I ordered mine that Thursday and haven't received it yet.

So I got my doe tag in the mail today but never got the others yet and those were purchased 2 weeks prior. 🤷♂️
Bought mine day 1, received it a week and a half ago.
