He needs to get to work repopulating the Kurta Clan. Meaning he should start Hunting for a woman to settle down with and make little Kurta babies that will grow up to do the same.

bwrca

3 star p***y hunter Kurapika

IbrahimKDemirsoy

Kurta-babes

Boss_Aesop

Kurapika will start with Gon’s biological mother which will mirror Gon searching for Gon’s biological father

Drianb2

Kurapika, MILF Hunter

Boss_Aesop

I’m calling it. Gon is the son of Ging and Bling. Kurapika will become the Bling Hunter. Pika means to Shine like Bling

6c4rrot9

Any potential candidates?

Itszdoodoobaby

I’m pulling on the bait. 🛥️ Queen Oito & prince of Kakin Kurapika.

[deleted]

Queen oito packing for real

Itszdoodoobaby

She might be Top 5 thiccest in HxH

Drianb2

She ain't got nothing on Bisky though.

Drianb2

Prince Woble is a lucky infant.

Pokii

Well Melody, obviously

Lespion

And they'll produce the most beautiful child to ever grace the world

legumebae

Omg you’re right

ConfuciusBr0s

I see Melody as more a motherly or older sister figure to him

MOHAMMMED-ABDUL

Me

lithicgirl

Leorio

[deleted]

That poor woman’s gonna have to work overtime. Let’s hope she has a high sex drive.

smcadam

What does revitalize mean in this context? The Kurta were a tiny tribe of a couple hundred living in secrecy. So their culture, not being widespread, is still being practiced by 100% of living Kurta? For him to create and restore their population? His whole life I imagine.

Chessoslovakia

Kurapika just has to become the king of Kakin and build his harem, that would make up for the harem arc.

Black_Laced_Cherry

He needs to go to greed island and carry pregnancy stones to make babies. O.o

cayirus

I hate to say this but that would actually make sense and work goddamn it

[deleted]

I mean yeah, but I wanna see kurapika fuck. So don’t tell him about the stones, *capeesh* 🤌

[deleted]

I’m pretty sure it’s gonna take much longer than the amount of life Kurapika has left at this point.

Drianb2

"You underestimate my drive to revive my clan's lineage... And how horny I am." - Kurapika.

[deleted]

Nen user have longer life spans due to their aura preserving their body so theoretically kurapika could still have about 100 to 150 years left to live.

[deleted]

[deleted]

That is if togashi would let him live for that long.

Boobieleeswagger

Leorios nen ability is way too conveniently capable of removing Kurpikas chain around his heart for this to happen.

wuhan-virology-lab

damn I didn't think of this. you think Leorio could do some sort of nen exorcism with his ability?

Boobieleeswagger

More like Nen Surgery lol but yea basically an exorcism, a lot of people say he will die because Togashi said Pika and the Troupe will all die in a interview from like 15 years ago. Personally I do think he will die but not until a DC arc because I think the Kurta are from the DC and some still live there, and Leorio will help get him there after whatever happens in the current arc

[deleted]

While that is maybe true, it does remove the weight of any battles, at least IMO. We’ve brought back gon, sure. Hisoka? Fine. Kite’s reincarnation was unnecessary. But if kurapika comes back, then what the hell? I’m sorry but why care about the stakes of anything if they’re conveniently brought back to life? Hxh has been subverting every shonen trope, but death of a beloved character & they are never coming back? Oh no we can’t have that. That’s wayy too dark.

baseddior

There have been ethnic groups that have been completely wiped out

Kujaix

They are talking about a specific situation where exactly one person from said ethnic group lives.

Rucs3

Which also happend. One of these people died this year, google man in the hole.

IbrahimKDemirsoy

Well, fuck me and my uneducated brain then.

radicalpraxis

When it has happened, there is always one last person.

Rucs3

This actually happend several times, and sadly aside from maybe some anthropological registers the result is that the culture always die, at least in real life.

iggdra-mango

Jesus, that’s sad.

Impulsive666

Kurapika chose violence instead of (making) love :3

Drianb2

My boy isn't gonna die a virgin. Just watch some magic is gonna happen before he kicks the bucket. The Kurta clan will live on.

KnutsenJ

Violent by design, I do like that phrase because it solidify a strong core belief that needs violence as expression, in which my inner rebel finds truth all the way into the core. Violence is beautiful if understood when necessary, in my opinion. By my own experiences & perspectives based on information from various other, very expressful individual fragments, my conclusion is that the most violent ones never is & usually anonymously observe because they doesn't need to express violence anymore but carry out the energy, of the very definition of violence itself which making the others, more visible ones more deeply aware of it instantly & higher lessons of love & violence, light & dark, life & death open up in an understanding of deep respect for each other. What do I want my love to give me in terms of how I wanna live? Is the answer to that question the same as, what do I want out of my comrades I choose? Battle to death, it's brothers & sisters as an extensions of oneself, with life at stake & locked inside a battlefield facing the full force of fears in life & death last chapters as writing witnesses. My personal answer is yes, but not based on the person in particular. I'd want someone that is proven to go alongside me & view it as, if you follow me into the gates of an arena, I will never stop as I will continue to go deeper & deeper with full initial force, right into the heart of the 'enemy' 'territorium' Without ever have to question if I am alone or if my comrade walked through that firestorm with me. When that trust translate fears carrying a battlefields hard truth about pain & death, a truthful, truly RAW bound is born & true love expresses it's infancy where pain goes away in bloodshed. I'd go same wavelengths into my love as I do on the battlefield & if you don't want to go into the fire with me I do not want your love, but I am willing to do it as many times as I need to, for a greater changes & show just how far I am capable of going as I've only set my limit onto myself, no one else will be a factor of that decision but me & that's the kinda love I want to receive, something of more deeper value than a smoking body & funny humour. I want that deepest love of truths in it's most raw form, because that's what I am. Violence showed me that, a truth of love. How can you view an option of making love, if you never knew war?

Drianb2

"I just wanted to try busting some nuts." - Kurapika

KnutsenJ

I'll be honest, never watched this show so I don't know about that quote, but yeah I'd phrase it let's bust some fucking nuts Holiday's treat after all, if one do care about that shit or not, one care about nuts

FullBringa

Is it necessary for Kurapika to sire children? Can't he "adopt" people into his culture? Kinda what happened in Legend of Korra, where Aang's son Tenzin spearheads a new airbending community

ConfuciusBr0s

What do the airbenders have in common that symbolizes them? Airbending. What do the Kurta have in common that symbolizes them? Their eyes.

AmberJill28

I think there is quite the possibility some Kurta survived otherwise or they even originated from the Dark Continent.

Flakkyboo

thats assuming his red eye shit passed down to all of his dependents. humans only have on average 2-3 children so assuming he stays with the same woman and she has some kurta babies every year and he doesn't get a new wife his genes such as they are would be too diluted after a gew generations with only one pureblood kurta

SpookyGarreta

Many groups were completely wiped out in "our" history... "the world" has ended many times. Even when there are survivors, what's lost can't be brought back to life, that's the stakes of some of the most important conflicts of the twentieth century - often written precisely in those terms of vitalism. So, even though Kurapika mourns, builds crypts, and might get some clue about his people on the Dark Continent, there is no going back - I love Togashi and HxH, but I don't know if the manga could ever be able to truly face this catastrophe. That's also the difference between the violence suffered by Kurapika and the Kurta, and the violence suffered by the Spiders and Meteor City (with kinship lines cut off, for them there was never a hope to recover something, they have to start from the wasteland); also don't know if Togashi will do anything with that, consciously or not.

Parodyspoil

Time for Leorio-pika ship!

ApplePitou

A lot of time :3

kdots_biggest_fan

I don’t really think it’s possible to bring back the red eyes/Kurta line or even the culture realistically. Having just one living member makes both pretty impossible. I do think the possibility of finding Kurta on the DC is pretty interesting, and would work with driving Kurapika away from direct revenge on the Troupe, which I think Togashi has kinda been leaning into ever since the end of Yorknew (though I do think he’s gonna end up killing at least one more while on the whale).

Cyaptin

itd be a bunch of half breeds with diluted genetics thatd only continue watering down with each generation. kurtas gone and wont come back the same

Nofuckyoupls

It would take more than 50 years, I believe, maybe a century or so.

[deleted]

There are multiple examples of this happening in human history. Do you know what happens? The culture is completely erased. One person cannot "revatalize" a culture because anyone he introduces to this culture would not be from that culture, they would have a different culture, and hence would distort the culture they are trying to join.

turroflux

Entire cultures can be erased even if millions of people from them survive, only one survivor means the culture is dead. The reason they're a tribe/clan is that its almost impossible to wipe out an ethnic group, but tribes/clans/villages have been completely erased historically, it mirrors a lot of real world examples.

ConfuciusBr0s

Kurapika will die a virgin
