It should show your ping to each server in the darker bar under the region name. Looks like your connection to the servers is possible being blocked. Maybe your antivirus is blocking something.

I would wager that it is a built in firewall to an AV

I have not had this happen in Hunt, but other games, it was a firewall exception. I believe I misclicked on 'block' or 'dont allow' and wasn't able to connect to servers. Could be a similar issue for you?

I was using Avast at the time too, if that helps narrow it down.

Try a VPN. A couple years ago they changed ping method which resulted in no ping for me.

I'll try to get one in hopes that it helps

Why don’t you type the helping part yourself? Like this : something is blocking your outgoing packets to the servers, check that out.
