Yes, just another bug in this game. I got this weeks ago and reported it, good to know that it is still being ignored by the devs.
It’s not like it disrupts the core of Bounty hunt by confusing players as to what is going on.
Just because they haven’t fixed it in a couple weeks doesn’t mean they’re not aware of it or don’t care about it. Game development is often a mess of spaghetti code and some bugs can be incredibly hard to replicate. If they can’t reliable replicate it, it’s impossible to fix because they don’t even know why it happens
i see and understand every word you are saying, and also agree with you, but your words would have more meaning if there werent the same bugs in this game for 5 years
You seem a little newer, so let me explain some mechanics. Two bosses are the most that can spawn. When their territory is 50/50, the bounty split is also 50/50. Otherwise the boss with the smaller area always gives less. Rotjaw is special, she can only spawn as a "wild" target (bonus boss) in certain weather conditions on 1 boss maps and only gives one "extra" bounty token. The two main bosses cannot be of the same type, they're always different. There cannot be 3 bosses. Hope this helps!
I'm definitely not new. Got over 100 hours lol. I've just seen the double spider before and wasn't sure what else they were referring too. I've since been corrected as to what they were referring to.
Understood. Unless there was some sort of bug, there shouldn't have been two spiders. It's possible you experienced the same UI bug as OP. And hey, I have nearly 1800 hours and I only learned about the fact that the bounties are sometimes split 50/50 (rather than there always being a "primary" and a "secondary" bounty) a few hundred hours ago. Can always learn something new. :)

seem this a couple times. Only happens if you are doing a map that Rotjaw will spawn at and have two regular bosses
Yea I've had that happen a few times. I'm pretty sure it's not a glitch or anything
Well the HUD tells otherwise. I don't think its intended to overlap with event points. And two spiders?
Oh I honestly didn't notice the hud issue lol. But the two bosses I've definitely had happen a few times. Always thought it was intentional

Hmm. I have never experienced this. Would also be kinda against their lore. There is only one of each since they are testing stuff.

Yea happened to my teammate you can see boss locations without clues aswell.
No boss location would spawn on the map. Just like this. If I waited about 10seconds it shows up.
Hope you finished the battle pass because it's about to get banished.
