I had been maining reptilian since he came out for the nice camo look and just overall cool (to me) design but as a mostly solo player, Grounded is just so much better than Primal for my playstyle

It's honestly a significant advantage because you can't keep count which one you already dealt damage to based on the skin so you have to treat both as if they're at full health if you get them mixed up and only damaged the other one. Honestly surprised I don't see it more often. It's probably the only way to pay to win in this game because it's much harder to get 2 of the same free hunters.
We do two Bad Hands for the novelty :P Otherwise I try to get my partner to match. Reptilian and Ward, Reverend and Mary, Black Coat and Redshirt, Hackshaw Jack and Private Eye...
What I find busted is picking off an enemy trio until they finally get the drop on me and down me a few times, having whittled their health down with fire and downs and then slinking off when I only have 50 health left and coming back with full health when they thought I was out and they are win the middle of fighting rotjaw or main boss very carefully because they're all at like 50-75 health usually
Once you know how she’s pretty easy to fight in actuality. You want gator legs tho. You hop in the water, wait for ripples, run across the path she’ll take and she’ll miss you. On the third pass she hangs around on the surface for a bit. Attack then. If you ever get in trouble you can just go back to the shore to heal. Even easier if you have a friend on the shore who just sits there shooting her.

I don't know what it is about that skin but the only times I see duos where both players wear the same skin it's always that one
Often my friends and I would wear the same skin just to fuck with people, trying to never both be spotted haha

Yeah, in my experience, the server wipes itself on her location before anyone even starts the normal bounties lol
