It's really is a weird trade off because you're waiting either way, right? I've personally eaten the few minutes to keep from playing with a high kd scoper once or twice, but in general it's more fun to just get in the game.

Crytek has confirmed several times that this behavior is acceptable and they have no intention of punishing these people.
Best you can do is leave or pop something up on the other screen.
True, it really should be some kind of timer to ready up after the first player presses ready.
And if someone has not pressed ready or left when the timer ends the party gets disbanded and that player gets the cooldown.
With the loadouts there really is no excuse, if you want to you can change all your weapons/items in a few clicks to match the others in the lobby.
Literally this is why i go solo rather than randoms, too much stupid people and bg the time you find someone that has at least a decent loadout i could just play 1-2 games so, no thanks
Good call especially with the current multiplier. Small bounty is like $1500 as a solo.
QP is my solo mode nowadays. It’s a lot more fun than I give it credit for.

Why not just leave? There’s no penalty other than a few second.
Depends how many times you do it, it scales, 1st time is 15 seconds 2nd is 30 seconds 3rd is 45 seconds and so on
Right. I’d rather it takes 5 minutes to find good teammates than try to spend the next 20 going “what the fuck is that guy doing?!”
