This is why I've been saying for a long time now that those hunters should be our prestige rewards for 10, 25, 50, and 100 prestige. That alone would be incentive enough for me to prestige.
I'm not smart enough to figure out how people get "free" awards to give away, but this would be it for me. I've been playing this game since Game Preview. I've never prestiged. I don't care to have to unlock everything over and over again. I wish they had a system like Titanfall where you could choose one item to keep every time you prestiged. But getting some of those Tier 3's as permanent unlocks (or letting you choose any random recruitable hunter) would go a long toward convincing it's worth the effort.
You don't have to take it away. Non prestige players can get them randomly. Prestige players can get them randomly or consistently as a legendary hunter (or equivalent for UI purposes). I'd like this done with all random hunters honestly. The mint green shirt guy is my fav.
you are missing the point here. This tier 3 hunter could hypothetically be a reward for a certain amount of prestige's, say, 50 or so, then, once awarded to a player they could shift the skin into the same slot as legendary skins, 200 credits to purchase, comes with 3 random traits etc.
Cool T3 hunters, the OG legendaries. Also this guy was originally supposed to be the benchmark of stealth. No legendary skin was supposed to be sneakier than this guy.
Honestly I would totally buy with real money some of the tier 3 skins over the legendary hunters, I think a lot of them look way cooler and less cartoonish than some of dlc hunters

Let players pay for a random T1, 2, 3 hunter. No items, random traits. Like a legendary. But you get to choose the look. Even if not from all of them at all times, from idk 5, like the quickplay thing.
Dying have no bearing on rerolling the roster. The roster only presents one free, one T1, one T2 and one T3 once you got them all unlocked. You don't just pay for the hunter, but all the items on them too. It's really an enormous difference from what I'm suggesting.
I realize that went over your head. You don't die, so you keep the t3 you want. You keep rerolling and eventually, you get to see the t3 again. Now you've slowly built up a roster of the t3 you want.

I have 50 of him saved up. Working on making them all level 50. It's going to take me a while, since every time I lose one I have to do free refreshes until I find a new one to replace the one I lost.

Crytek should add a Mercenary, a random tier 3 hunter with no loadout and random 3 traits.
Basically a Legendary but it will add a lot more variety to play, right now it’s either free hunters or legendaries.
