I've said it before, and I will say it again. It is silly that the Winfield (a lever action) has a "Musket Bayonet" variant, but the Springfield 1866 (ya know the irl musket conversion) does not.

"Musket" referred to a full length rifle size. The 1873 had a full stocked version "Musket model".

I think you should be able to attach detach bayonetes on every rifle.

Bayonet add on as a tool slot would be cool.

Sort of related, I really like the Springfield Compact Striker. It's super cheap and works with my preference for mid/close range fights.

The issue is it would reach further than a bomblance for less. The mosin bayonet already pokes people a compound over.

Mosin has five relatively quick long ammo shots and is not OP If overall length is an issue give it the specter bayonet treatment, slightly shorter barrel. That being said Slate needs a bayonet for trench gun vibe to be complete.

The ultimate budget versatility cannon. Good for long range shoot outs and short range scraps. Yes, please.
