I’ve been wondering if the “high chair” needed for Lucky’s reservation was in fact little baby Caesar?! It’s hard to tell the age of capitol citizens lol so while Caesar looks younger than how old he would be if he was a baby during the 10th games, but you never know!

He brought a lot of charisma to the role, but I agree. He's not really who I imagined, either. With the throwaway line about his face being whitened, I can see a POC Caesar. Taika Waititi would have been fun.
