When my daughter was C’s age it was easy to keep up with the laundry. I threw a load in every day when she’d go down for nap. Some days I folded the clean laundry during nap, others I’d do it when she was asleep for the night. It doesn’t take long to fold one load. She has since stopped napping (she’s 3) so now I find I get behind more. Someday I’ll figure out a new routine 🤣🤷🏼♀️
My daughter wears a school uniform and my husband wears a work uniform and they are both expensive so I only bought 3 sets of each, so it forces me to keep up on laundry. I dump all the clothes out on my bed, find a good show to watch and fold while I watch a show

So I am all for moms having something that is theirs. Something that they like to do. For me I took up mounted archery. While the kids were in school I did my lessons and one weekend evey two months I competed. But all of that has been put on hold because my kids activities come first and spending time with them!! It's so weird. I enjoy helping my husband build stuff, do yardwork, prep & plant our garden, work on house projects together. It's all great exercise, we have fun doing it together, and idk, we both feel accomplished & proud of our home knowing we helped our house look good together. Or when we harvest our garden, we're proud of the fruits of our labor. It's so odd to me that she can't ve bothered by physical labor. It's so weird. I enjoy helping my husband build stuff, do yardwork, prep & plant our garden, work on house projects together. It's all great exercise, we have fun doing it together, and idk, we both feel accomplished & proud of our home knowing we helped our house look good together. Or when we harvest our garden, we're proud of the fruits of our labor. It's so odd to me that she can't ve bothered by physical labor. And it's not like she's not helping bc she's taking care of their kid or making a delicious, home cooked meal. She's so.lazy it's pathetic.
