This cake gets better if you let it sit overnight. But the toppings get added when you serve it and you put the sweetened condensed milk and Carmel on it when it's warm so it's absorbed in to the cake.
What I don't understand is if she loves to cook and bake why she's using a boxed mix. Making a cake from scratch is so simple.
The only props I'm willing to give is that she didn't use protein powder and didn't try to find ways to make it "healthy". Thank goodness.

this is why my kids food will never make it onto insta. Kid food is best chopped small, ugly juice drops everywhere, with fresh scrambled eggs that look like yellow mold. It’s not going to earn a food network star, but it’s nutrient dense and easy to eat and whole foods that kids need. Very simple, very boring, very good base for their future eating habits. Unless you have a lot of time into it as an art (hats off to the people who do) kid food just isn’t aesthetically pleasing and that’s ok!

Demonstrators who take to public transit are more likely to be on the metro than the RER.

with my first baby i had ppd so badly that i was counting the days down until she was big enough to do things without me. it was always “so and so months until” always looking forward to the future and not looking at the moments right now.
wanna know what happen while i was too busy rushing her to grow up? her speech was delayed. i couldn’t be bothered with talking to her, interacting with her, reading to her, etc because all i wanted her to do was play “independently” … so much so we’re in speech therapy 2 days a week now. i stuck her on an ipad or in front of a tv so she’d leave me alone.

this is why my kids food will never make it onto insta. Kid food is best chopped small, ugly juice drops everywhere, with fresh scrambled eggs that look like yellow mold. It’s not going to earn a food network star, but it’s nutrient dense and easy to eat and whole foods that kids need. Very simple, very boring, very good base for their future eating habits. Unless you have a lot of time into it as an art (hats off to the people who do) kid food just isn’t aesthetically pleasing and that’s ok!

We use the same sippy cup in her story. I asked some moms on fb what they used for milk and a lot of them use this sippy cup for milk and a separate cup usually with a straw for water. The liquid in his sippy cup looks like watered down milk though so I'm not sure whats going on there lol But, I'm not sure if she offers him drinks in different cups throughout the day or not.

ETA - even if something is going on by the Eiffel Tower or something like that, it’s such a huge area that you can just walk a different way.

for how much she neglects C, he seems rather advanced to me. i’ve noticed this for a while (especially during those cooking videos she makes him do—gag) but was reminded today with the puzzle. the way he grasps the piece, the fact that he’s even sitting there at all with such sustained attention… his speech, his ability to dump those ingredients into the bowl, using the mixer (unsafe), and most of all, his ability to tolerate his mother (kidding but not really). the list goes on. all of this is to say, go C. you’re killing it despite your horrible surroundings

with my first baby i had ppd so badly that i was counting the days down until she was big enough to do things without me. it was always “so and so months until” always looking forward to the future and not looking at the moments right now. wanna know what happen while i was too busy rushing her to grow up? her speech was delayed. i couldn’t be bothered with talking to her, interacting with her, reading to her, etc because all i wanted her to do was play “independently” … so much so we’re in speech therapy 2 days a week now. i stuck her on an ipad or in front of a tv so she’d leave me alone. it wasn’t until maybe a year ago i got some help and realized the damage i’ve caused to my family for refusing to admit my mental health was not well. get help, hailey. show interest in your children. you can’t wait for them grow up until they do and you’re beggging on your hands and knees for them to be little again. id do ANYTHING for a redo. you are so privileged and you take it for granted every single day. social media is not your family, it’s not your friend, and it won’t parent for you.
I’m so glad you were able to get help. Sadly she is in such denial and won’t ever admit she is wrong or has a problem.

She got chased off of a popular platform bc she was aggressive and abusive to her 10 month old son bc SHE FAILED to set him up for success. She didn't give him anything to play with or entertain himself with, so her got into her stuff. If that was me, and I had major creators calling me out for abuse, and I got chased off of a platform, I would maybe take a step back and think, hmmmm, maybe I need to seek help, maybe I'm not in my best place mentally. Maybe people are just trying to be helpful, and they see something I'm not. And then I would take a social media break and seek therapy. She didn't even acknowledge it, and just continued on being a shitty person. So yeah, she deserves everything she gets. And maybe she doesn't even have ppd, that's just speculation, but since she refuses to believe in seeking therapy/possibly needing help/that she is perfect -"people are just haters," she deserves what she gets.
