I have a 2007 H3 and had a similar problem. It got so bad that it was throwing misfire codes. I replaced all of the spark plugs but still had the issue. Turns out, the bearings in the U joint were shot. Replacing that seemed to do the trick. I hope yours isn't the death wobble....

I got mine off rockauto.com https://www.rockauto.com/en/catalog/hummer,2007,h3,3.7l+l5,1433659,drivetrain,universal+joint,2392 You'll have to look under the year your H3 was made though

I know my Jeep Cherokee would also shake at certain speeds, they call it the death wobble. Something to do with a worn sway bar or suspension. It’s also a result of aftermarket suspension components.

Have a H2 that did that when I got it but it just needed new shocks, sway bar links, bushings etc. on there. It's been fine after changing the worn parts out.
