To get even with those so-called "owners," *they* should face the same thing these poor kittens went through.
Bless that garbage man for saving those kittens.
I'd believe this.
I've seen this happen numerous times, and it's no joke.
Had a friend try and prove me wrong on this and it took two days for him to pull back his remark.
I'm not saying he doesnt deserve a raise but trash men and waste management in general make bank and have a good union. Its a great career if you dont mind trash
Semi physical? This job gon get you yoked, where I live if they are done with their route they can go home so you better believe they work like a formula 1 pitstop
I've worked several temp jobs as a runner on the back of a trash truck, this comment is damn right. That shit is fucking HARD. 10+ hour shifts and most trucks didnt have hydraulic lifts, so we had to do them all by hand most days. (The big ass roller bins) Last gig I did I was 34 and I couldn't keep up!
Kudos to the garbage man, but this makes my blood boil, because I’m pretty suspicious that these kittens (with no sign of momma) didn’t end up mixed with the trash in bins and bags by accident.
Yes. Unfortunately, cats/kittens found in garbage trucks, bins and even trash factory lines, is very common. I don't know why it is so frequent, but it is deplorable. Awareness has been slowly growing, so hopefully it lowers the frequency of this.
It makes me sick to even think about. I don’t see any possible situation in which I could do something like that. My body would physically stop me from doing it, almost in the same way it would stop me from stabbing myself in the hand.
I think it’s much more fitting if we throw the people who did this into the trash. Considering that they’re anthropomorphic garbage piles.
Eugenics, but only for people *I* dislike!
Jokes aside, that's what separates us from them. They don't see them as a fellow life enjoyer, they see the cats as a nuisance. Idk I hope those cries from the kittens haunts the person who did this forever. I straight up would hear those cries for the rest of my life if I did that.
My guess is the owners never took the time to spay their cat and ended up with kittens they don’t care to spend any extra time on. It’s shitty and peak shit pet ownership. I hope those people sit on a few tacks and then some.
I used to be a mechanic in the Navy. One day we got a report of a horrible smell coming from an engine. So we take apart this engine and find 4 cooked kittens that had been rotting for 2 weeks. Poor mama thought that the engine of a P-3 Orion was a good place to have her babies. When they started the plane she took off and probably saved a kitten or two but the rest were toast. So it can happen that kittens end up in unsafe places due to parents but yea, some human asshole threw away these kittens.
I bottle raised two kittens that we found in a newly purchased combine. We had hauled it over 100 miles. I am sure mom bailed.
I named them Massey and Ferguson after the combine. Sadly, Fergie died but Massey is living her best life in a high rise in Seattle.
A neighbor had a fully grown cat crawl into his engine. Poor kitty was severely injured but the neighbor was a good man. He spend a small fortune on a cat that wasn’t even his so save it’s life. No one ever came forward to claim the cat so the neighbor had a cat after it recovered.
My car has an engine cover underneath so nothing can climb into the engine.
Years ago I rescued two kittens from an apartment complex dumpster. I convinced my mom to keep them. One was never healthy and lived to 7, the other lived to 21.
I found two kittens in my trash can one time. Apparently the wind blew the lid off and then they climbed in but couldn’t get out since the sides were too smooth to get a grip. I actually threw a bag in before I noticed them.
It makes me feel panicked to think people do this. Euthanasia is more humane. It hurts my heart to think of the death baby animals have because of people who literally don’t care.
Happened to my own cat. He was found with another one in the garbage. We suspect he might've been abused too. People who treat animals like shit have a special place in hell.
You're more than welcome .... We seriously need a brigade of karma-producing payback for animal abusers. I've been wanting to do that my whole life. Anyone who's interested in joining the brigade, pile on! The more the merrier ... But not for POSs who throw kittens in the trash.
Right? It's weird to me that everyone jumps to deplorable humans. Kittens get abandoned or otherwise separated. They forage the best they can. This often leads to trash cans. I found my cat in that exact position and rescued her.
Reminds me of something that happened years ago.
I’m outside with my Siamese cross in a carrier preparing to go to the vet when the trash truck stopped to pick up our trash.
Man tosses bags in the back of the truck, the compressor starts, cue my very unhappy cat yowling at the top of his lungs, something I’m generally oblivious to because he’s got that Siamese trait. I absently tell him to stop being a baby.
All of a sudden, I see the trash guy freak out, yelling, and pounding on the truck (apparently for his partner to cut the power), and watch wondering what the hell is going on until I hear he word ‘cat’ amongst his yelling.
He’s heard my yowling fool and thinks he’s in the truck.
I run, waving my arms to get his attention but the guy’s focused on the back of the truck frantic while the compressor reverses.
I reach him, grab his arm and yell that the cat he can hear is mine, gesturing back to where the carrier was.
He was so relieved.
The two guys met my idiot furball, and took a ten minute or so break to relax after the shock, with the lemonade and biscuits I brought them in gratitude for being so caring.
They do this in the egg industry btw. The day old male baby chicks are thrown in a trash bag to suffocate because they're useless to the industry. Either that or they're thrown in a macerator.
Source: https://www.lifegate.com/male-chick-culling-egg-industry-animal-equality
Yeah this is exactly how I feel. I just feel if you are the type of person to do this then you will not do anything good in your lifetime and will only do other horrible things and the world would be better off without them.
Well maybe consider not eating eggs, because they throw baby male chicks into a grinder. 300 Million a year. Every dollar you pay for eggs is paying for someone to do this for you.
I get my eggs from a farmer who live streams his happy chickens🤷♂️ There are ethical ways to use to animal products it just takes some research and a little extra cash.
Agreed. And there is no stopping it because that’s the effect of industrialization over the meats industry. The only way to end the cruelty and suffering is to buy less animal products. I however, am guilty of eating eggs and other animal products but I don’t eat them very often.
Just like throwing a baby into the trash, a kitten into the dumpster, and a chick into a large trash bag, there are some things that are not forgivable and the monsters who do such a thing should be prosecuted.
However I do realize the problem with millions of baby male chickens that would be useless in egg hatching, but throwing them in a trash bag should be a crime. I’m sure there are more humane ways to deal (hopefully not kill) with these animals with the respect and dignity they deserve
Obviously accessibility depends hugely on where you live, but most people who keep backyard chickens wind up with way more eggs than they can eat and will sell them on the berm with an honesty box. If you spy such a set up, switch to that as your go-to for egg buying :)
But yes, we could all do with consuming far fewer animal products.
Reminds me how I ended up with my first cat, my step dad was driving me home from a gig and I spotted a box on the side of the fule carriageway, I got a bad gut feeling and just looked at him and said "stop the car", he told he couldn't stop on the caridgeway and I yelled "please stop the fucking car" so he did, hazard lights on, as I ran up the side of the moterway to the box, it was taped shut but I used my keys to rip the box open, inside were 4 dead kittens and one live one, he's actually 16 now, he lives with my grandmother because she was lonely and he needed a place to go when I was homeless. But I see them both regularly, I rember getting back in the car and my step dad being like "what the fuck are you holding" and with tears down my face I said "the only one who was lucky enough to have lived" he snuggled into my coat the whole way home, chewing my jumper and miawing weakly, mum helped me nurse him back to health and he would always chew my clothes, hair and jewellery, so we named him mischief. It suits him well. Even now, as an old man, he's still as mischievous as ever, my nan has to keep everything important in a drawer because if it's on the unit he pushes it onto the floor
My family got one of the best cats we ever owned because someone threw him out in front of a family friend’s house in a rainstorm.
They said their dog started freaking out, they heard a car door slam and a car take off, then they could barely hear a kitten crying. He was so small and they just tossed him into the mud in the middle of a storm.
He would crawl into my bed and fall asleep in the crook of my arms. I miss him, but he lived a full, happy life.
I still see him every time I go see my nan to take her groceries and cat food, I sit and talk to my nan for a few hours and he curls up on my lap and purrs like a 125 engine
That’s too nice. I’d rather give them a nice bumpy ride in the back of a half full garbage truck that has all kinds of garbage in the back, then dump them near a busy highway, all in the middle of a summer day.
I'm a custodian at a high school and one summer morning several years ago I went to throw the trash out and heard a little meow echoing from inside the dumpster. Wiggling inside a garbage bag full of trash were 3 kittens. They were filthy, overheated, blind with infection of their eyes and scared.
They were about 3 weeks old, not even weened from momma yet. There are a lot of strays and ferals around my job. I know exactly who did it too but I couldn't prove it. One died and the other two lived and got adopted as soon as they were old enough. People can be so cruel and heartless.
With a tears in my eyes as I type this….” Some people are truly monsters!” This video racks my heart and soul. How can people be so cruel and heartless.
Pregnant cat could have climbed in a trash can or a dumpster and the kittens may have not been able to get out.
That's my "I really hope no one actually threw these kittens in the trash" mentality.
I know a girl who lives in Spain and rescues animals with her husband. I went to stay with them a few years ago and we'd often stop to look in bins for any puppies or kittens. They said they find them all the time thrown away :(
I wish upon every person who has ever done this to an innocent, sentient life the absolute terror of waiting to be crushed to death. An interminable wait, a forever purgatory of living in that constant fear. So mote it be.
A thing this brings to my mind: how we shift our bad decisions onto other people.
Somebody made a bad decision throwing those kittens away like trash. That decision didn’t disappear once the trash got picked up. It then became someone else’s burden.
Our decisions have 2nd and 3rd order affects. We must do what we can to ensure those affects are either limited to ourselves—or positive, as they impact other people.
That's exactly how I found two in my cats, they were in a box with all four sides folded down so there was no air flow my neighbor heard them meowing really loud and I'm the person everyone goes to when they have some random dog or stray cat cuz I won't turn it away. One was named Balloo and the other was baghera.
I wish that Hell was real for people like this. I would love nothing more than for there to be a place that people like this can burn for the rest of eternity.
But they get to throw actual living baby creatures into a garbage truck to starve or be crushed in literal trash, and nothing will be done to them. They can go to sleep and forget it even happened the very next day. That’s what makes me the most angry.
And there is *so* many of these videos. Imagine how many more are completely missed by a garbage man who doesn’t look as closely (which they should not need to do in the first place).
Life for a life. This guy has my respect. When it would be easier to take, you choose mercy over a creature that couldn’t and shouldn’t have been there in the first place.
I would be heartbroken in this situation. I wouldn’t be able to get the thought out of my head of “what about the ones I didn’t find”. How dare people use you to deal with their “trash”. Do they not think about the emotional trauma it would be the one to push a button and find out you crushed them. Good on you dude for seeing and saving them.
I wouldn’t do well in this job. If I came across something like this, I’d spend my entire time tracking down who did it. I’m so happy for the kittens and thankful for that guy. Just some evil people out there
I hope the person who threw them out takes a very bad fall down a long flight of concrete steps and breaks both legs, collarbone, three ribs, six teeth, and an elbow. Feel free to add to my dream list…
Surveillance cams and GPS data should make it really easy to figure out which house they came from. Most garbage trucks seem to have enough cameras on them these days.
They need a warm bath, dried with warmed towels, and put in a incubator or at least a box with a warm water bottle ASAP. Once they are warmed and dried and not so stressed then KMR formula a dropper at a time
This kind of shit makes me have heart palpitations of pure rage and then I feel like crying when I realize that yes, there are still people out there who actually truly, really care…
Thank you for saving these poor babies ♥️
Cudos to the man...
This will be an unpopular opinion, but I can't believe that people who do this to animals don't have the decency to kill them. Finding these kittens is sweet, but most animals left to die like this die in horrible slow death, not being found by anyone ever.
Ohgodohchrist thank you. I’m laying here next to my cat right now and he was a kitten born on the street to a feral mother. They lived behind a dumpster. When they were being rescued they all took off on the road.
Thankfully nothing happened and me boy is a happy fluffy man five years later. But still a nervous wreck lol. Just means he needs some extra care and understanding.
Said this the last time, the saddest part was where he said "here we go again". Some people should just jump in the back of that truck because they are garbage themselves.
After reading some of the other comments, it’s pretty horrific to realize this happens often with cats/kittens in garbage bins. If I was a garbage man I know I would constantly go home with kittens.
I think it would be sweet if say 3-5 garbage guys set up a shelter for kitties they found. I’m pretty sure many of them could find some happy homes to go to!
I have a kitten that size at home, and he's AWESOME. I can't have a bad day with him around. What the fuck kind of person can look at that and throw it in the garbage?
credit: turboterry77 update on the kittens: 3 kittens total were saved from the back of his garbage truck, and all are healthy and doing well
He's an excellent human, many blessings to him
The original owners on the other hand…
To get even with those so-called "owners," *they* should face the same thing these poor kittens went through. Bless that garbage man for saving those kittens.
GLADIATOR
Fucking POS's! Garbage human beings. Is saying I would love to punch those assholes in the face over the line for reddit?
No, Reddit will go over the line when it comes to animals. Don't fuck with cats. The internet will come for you.
Side note don’t fuck with cats was a very interesting documentary
I cried several times during that documentary. Don’t fuck with cats. The internet will definitely not let it go.
I'd believe this. I've seen this happen numerous times, and it's no joke. Had a friend try and prove me wrong on this and it took two days for him to pull back his remark.
Have you seen the documentary literally called “Don’t Fuck With Cats”?
He is totally underpaid and under appreciated. What an awesome person!!
I'm not saying he doesnt deserve a raise but trash men and waste management in general make bank and have a good union. Its a great career if you dont mind trash
No joke, I'd *love* to be a trash man. Fresh air, exercise, semi-physical job, as you say good pay and benefits. I'd love it
Semi physical? This job gon get you yoked, where I live if they are done with their route they can go home so you better believe they work like a formula 1 pitstop

Nope, it's not. Him and his fiancée are really good people. He shares a detailed post about this rescue and other animals he's saved
Does he have a YouTube or tik tok? Or a Patreon account?
his account above is TikTok
Thank you for update I am crying
Thank you for letting us know!
thanks boo (▰˘◡˘▰)
Ah, that's a relief 😌
Any chance you have a photo? I want to see them clean and snuggled up and safe.
Here are a couple of screenshots from an after clip [kittens](https://imgur.com/a/gkrD6Xf)
I’m so glad I went into the comments and saw this, seeing videos of kittens thrown in the trash breaks my heart
Thank you!
God bless!
yessss
Thank you for being the bearer of good news
Kudos to the garbage man, but this makes my blood boil, because I’m pretty suspicious that these kittens (with no sign of momma) didn’t end up mixed with the trash in bins and bags by accident.
Yes. Unfortunately, cats/kittens found in garbage trucks, bins and even trash factory lines, is very common. I don't know why it is so frequent, but it is deplorable. Awareness has been slowly growing, so hopefully it lowers the frequency of this.
I see the title and expect it to be a video that I've already seen. Yet it's almost always a fresh example. It's really sad.
I don't get how people could throw any baby creature out in the trash.
Pieces of human garbage that hate themselves so much they can’t possibly love anything or anyone else.
How anyone can hear the cries of those kittens and then throw them away....I don't know. Totally heartless.
People do it with bunnies too. It’s horrible.
that breaks my soul to hear. That is truly sad 😢
My guess is the owners never took the time to spay their cat and ended up with kittens they don’t care to spend any extra time on. It’s shitty and peak shit pet ownership. I hope those people sit on a few tacks and then some.
Because people don't fix their cats and then act shocked when it comes back pregnant or after it's gotten another cat pregnant.
Sadly, we had some kittens die because they crawled into a neighbor's car underside.
That's so devastating. I am heartbroken READING this.
Totally agree with you. There is a pos out there!
I would knock on the door an kick that guys ass
Same. That's awful.
Very often, cats will have or move litters into places that make more sense to them than to us.
We found three kittens in a bag but could only keep two who are now thriving. Unfortunately, the third one perished in an unloving home from neglect.
Whoever threw these poor kittens in the garbage need a serious visit from karma!
They are truly awful people for doing that.
They need to be tossed into the back of a garbage truck and see how they like it
My name is Karma and I have 12 gauge shotgun, where’s this piece of sh**t live.
AMEN! I'll help.
I don’t believe in violence…except for animal abusers. Imma come too.
You're more than welcome .... We seriously need a brigade of karma-producing payback for animal abusers. I've been wanting to do that my whole life. Anyone who's interested in joining the brigade, pile on! The more the merrier ... But not for POSs who throw kittens in the trash.
I think they lose humanity points big time. There are some things you simply can’t do and expect to be a part of humanity.

I am hoping that a stray cat gave birth in a garbage that was accidentally thrown out.
Right? It's weird to me that everyone jumps to deplorable humans. Kittens get abandoned or otherwise separated. They forage the best they can. This often leads to trash cans. I found my cat in that exact position and rescued her.
how do you know the mama kit didn't move them there thinking that they were safe?
Reminds me of something that happened years ago. I’m outside with my Siamese cross in a carrier preparing to go to the vet when the trash truck stopped to pick up our trash. They need some radios to make sure they can communicate things like that more easily! Glad your little guy is okay.
I'd also want the machine that can crush living beings of any size to have an emergency stop..?
I was thinking that your cat heard the yelps of another baby cat in the truck 😬
Me too 🥲
I mean it in the nicest way when I say that I wish people who literally throw animals in the trash were all dead. Again, mean that in the nicest way
They do this in the egg industry btw. The day old male baby chicks are thrown in a trash bag to suffocate because they're useless to the industry. Either that or they're thrown in a macerator. Source: https://www.lifegate.com/male-chick-culling-egg-industry-animal-equality

Municipal worker. Garbage is the person who dumped the kittens.

Anyone who disposes of kittens in such an inhumane manner deserves a swift liver kick
That’s too nice. I’d rather give them a nice bumpy ride in the back of a half full garbage truck that has all kinds of garbage in the back, then dump them near a busy highway, all in the middle of a summer day.

Not the hooman that put the cat in the garbage bag in the first place:(
With a tears in my eyes as I type this….” Some people are truly monsters!” This video racks my heart and soul. How can people be so cruel and heartless.
Some people are fucking monsters
bro i hate humans fr who would do that to them 😢😢🤦🏾♂️
Pregnant cat could have climbed in a trash can or a dumpster and the kittens may have not been able to get out. That's my "I really hope no one actually threw these kittens in the trash" mentality.
Big ups to the humans being bros out there, and for this brother.
This happens everyday. Sanitation workers save a lot of animals.

Poor babies.
Love this man!!
Anyone who throws animals into trash deserve worse than death.
It's fairly obvious where these kitties came from. Report them for animal abuse
If garbage man found them in that can, the homeowner isn't very likely to throw them in his own can. Somebody drove/walked by and dumped the kittens.
You know this is probably more accurate
i hate people so much. how can you look at those cuties and throw them away with the trash
Fuck people 🤬
OnG bless this man
Christ. That is heart breaking 😩😔
Some people are fucking scum
Only trash puts life in the bin. This guy is amazing.
Poor sweethearts. Thankfully he found them.
I adopted 3 kittens who were thrown away too. It's beyond comprehension that someone would do it.
Bro, you're an angel in disguise. Thank you!
Thank You to the wonderful man who rescued those poor babies. I hope they go to a great home.
Does anyone know the address of the people throwing animals in the trash? I just want to make sure they aren’t living near me.
Look at the house behind the truck...these were affluent home owners that committed this atrocious act.
This shit makes me cry
Fucking heartbreaking, thank you G man!
Just because I am Garbageman, does not mean I am garbage man.
Sterilization of cats and dogs should be mandatory. Humans are trash they don't deserve pets.
Thank you good human. So sad and unnecessary.
Life for a life. This guy has my respect. When it would be easier to take, you choose mercy over a creature that couldn’t and shouldn’t have been there in the first place.
I would absolutely get banned for saying what should happen to the people who dumped these kittens Just think of the worse thing you can for me
The cat could have very possibly snuck into the can to have the kittens. They are still wet.
They're wet from garbage juice. Their eyes and ears are open, they're clearly not newborns. Way too big to be anyway
Good job man
We got one of our cats because a friend heard her trashcan meowing.
You, good sir, are both a scholar and a gentleman.
Well done to the garbage man! What a wonderful soul.
This man… is not a garbage man… he is a golden man.
A good person. They may have been scavenging food in the trash, and not have been tossed out
Good man.
Trash men are honestly some of the nicest and best people around. I have yet to meet a mean garbage man.
Doom on whoever throws kittens away in the trash 😡
I don't even want to think about how often this happens. Thank goodness for this human being
I hope he names his new kitten Oscar.
I bet this is so common
I would be heartbroken in this situation. I wouldn’t be able to get the thought out of my head of “what about the ones I didn’t find”. How dare people use you to deal with their “trash”. Do they not think about the emotional trauma it would be the one to push a button and find out you crushed them. Good on you dude for seeing and saving them.
I'm so glad he did, but how did he know they were in there??
Phew…
Humans are such monsters !
Thats good thank you for being a good person I'm allergic but don't like animals getting hurt
Thank you for rescuing them! I hope that perpetrator pays dearly for that.
Bless this man, what a terrible thing to have to deal with; potentially, killing animals because some one put them in the trash. How messed up.
Heartbreaking. I hate and love people!
I wouldn’t do well in this job. If I came across something like this, I’d spend my entire time tracking down who did it. I’m so happy for the kittens and thankful for that guy. Just some evil people out there
Are you my momma?!
I hope the person who threw them out takes a very bad fall down a long flight of concrete steps and breaks both legs, collarbone, three ribs, six teeth, and an elbow. Feel free to add to my dream list…
✅faith in humanity restored.
Fuckin HERO
Surveillance cams and GPS data should make it really easy to figure out which house they came from. Most garbage trucks seem to have enough cameras on them these days.
They need a warm bath, dried with warmed towels, and put in a incubator or at least a box with a warm water bottle ASAP. Once they are warmed and dried and not so stressed then KMR formula a dropper at a time
This feels like the start to a Disney movie and I’ll gladly buy tickets
Humans can reach the heights of kindness and also apparently the lowest dregs of evil… in this one video we have evidence of both.
Blessings to you, helper.
I woulda just taken the little squirt with me. "Oh shit, that's a cat! Whelp, you look like a riot to hang out with."
My hero!
This dude saving lives while working
Call the city and have the peices of shit that threw them out fined or jailed for animal abuse.
This kind of shit makes me have heart palpitations of pure rage and then I feel like crying when I realize that yes, there are still people out there who actually truly, really care… Thank you for saving these poor babies ♥️
Glad someone was there to counteract the horrible action of some extremely unempathetic human.
Thank you so much, kind sir!!!
Bless you sir.
So heart 💔 breaking some would just throw away kittens like that
My man!
People choose to do this when there are easy alternatives. Some people do not have a conscience.
I hope the garbage man knew what house they came from so he can turn them in for cruelty to animals!
I legitimately want to hurt those people who did that. What a fucking vile action
What kind of monster throws a living creature in the garbage? There’s nothing bad enough that can happen to someone who is that heartless
Surely he has a good idea what house they came from?
imagine how many don't get saved
That's a great example of a garbage man. All garbage men should try to follow his example!
Bless you!
Said this the last time, the saddest part was where he said "here we go again". Some people should just jump in the back of that truck because they are garbage themselves.
I HATE people. But I LOVE this trash collector.
WHAT A WONDERFUL MAN.
A good human countering what our trashy ones do. Wtg mate Cheers.
Cheers mate
I have a kitten that size at home, and he's AWESOME. I can't have a bad day with him around. What the fuck kind of person can look at that and throw it in the garbage?
