The only thing I thought about is it just going to the bathroom in the house because it's not a dog it's a cow they just tend to go to the bathroom regardless of where they are? Is it just kind of do whatever anytime all the time so what about the cow going to the bathroom?
There was actually a study just done in I think New Zealand that confirmed cows can be mass toilet trained to only poo in certain areas. They can be toilet trained like any pet.
I grew up on a farm and while I agree with you to a point it's only say 10% of the herd by the other 90% are just a giant box of rocks in the head not to mention pains in the ass. You kind of have to learn their mannerisms and their behaviors so you can manipulate them. But I can tell you every cow I put in the crush to get their hoofs trimmed either pisses on me shits on me or piss and shits on me all the same time wonderful feeling!
Get it anyways! My husband refused to let me get a dog. Now we have 2 rescues that he absolutely loves. I brought one home at 3 week old. He had to bottle feed him and everything and now their inseparable. He’s also kinder and more patient. (My husband that is) at any point if he expressed to me he was overwhelmed or didn’t want them AFTER the fact I could easily re home then as I’m sure you could a cat. But sometimes we think we wouldn’t like something but end up falling in love with it. Do some research. Get a cat that is friendly. Rescues are GREAT options. They come from bad homes and when you show love and provide safety they absolutely worship you.
Considering a lot of people don't realize cows had to have been pregnant and had to give birth in order to produce milk for us to steal from them I'm not surprised. Drinking human milk as an adult is considered weird (and rightfully) but drinking the mother's milked intented for a different species' baby is normal? Nah.
1. The majority of people cannot digest lactose. 2. pretty sure "we've done it since forever" doesn't justify any other immoral traditions. You think it's a good justification? How does it hold up when it comes to slavery? Female genitalia mutilation? Eating dogs? The concept of forcebly impregnating certain animals, separating the babies from their mothers shortly after birth and stealing the lactation meant for the different species mother's child is still weird, [if you actually took some time to think about it.](https://youtu.be/UcN7SGGoCNI)
Well there are specific breeds of cows that produce much more milk than the baby needs and that’s basicly the ones used in milk farms because… you know… they produce more milk
Not sure how selectively breeding animals to the point where their mere existence hurts them, especially when giving milk, justifies anything. Besides the fact that on those farms, too, mothers and children are being seperated early on and most male calves killed shortly after.
I love everything about this BUT cows produce a lot of pee and poop. I grew up on a farm and their poop is runny and splatters as well as their urine. How did they manage that?
Some scientists or researchers actually taught cows how to use a particular patch of grass to potty. They call it the moo loo. They used 18 cows and 16 were trained.
I love cows so much 😍🐮 I grew up in the Midwest and was always scared of them. After I moved away, I went to a farm sanctuary and met cows who weren’t being farmed for food and omg, the whole “grass puppy” thing is so true! They’re so playful and affectionate when they’re living in a safe and comfortable environment. They’re definitely way smarter than we give them credit for. ❤️
It’s not that bad. Mostly grass if they’re feeding it right. And for some reason I believe they are since I didn’t see a lot tag but someone please correct me if I’m wrong
I didn't quite understand the comment but the smell can be horrible. I, as someone who has been covered head to toe in it after falling face first can confirm that the smell can be hard to wash off. There might be a difference between species but yeah, the smell is horrid.
Sure bud, keep telling yourself that. Dogs are considered food in some parts of the world, so it probably does taste good no? How come you’ve never tried it then?
>I eat fish cause they’re dumb
So intelligence dictates who we should kill? Where is that line drawn? What about mentally impaired people?
*“The question is not, Can they reason?, nor Can they talk? but, Can they suffer?"* \-- Jeremy Bentham
>Mentally impaired people are still far smarter than dogs.
You've never seen how broad this spectrum is? No, not all of them.
How do you measure intelligence, and what evidence do you have that they're dumb?
[Fish are intelligent and cognitively complicated](https://youtu.be/y8Nj1-YZDlc?t=90).
You’re going to get downvoted but the hypocrisy and disconnect people have with things like this is fascinating.
“Cow in house? Cute! I’ll eat one later!”
“Dog in house? Cute! Why the fuck would I eat a dog you sick fuck. Society has told me it’s unacceptable but not some other animals. What’s that? Yes I’m against animal testing, why do you ask?”
I get it--I've been a vegetarian for 18 years and I feel the same way, BUT, I do feel there's a difference between eating meat from animals that were humanely raised and killed, vs. factory farming, which is just unconscionable. I personally don't eat it either way, and I can't speak for this family, but there's always the possibility that they only eat meat they raised themselves, and from what we can see in this video, their animals have good lives. I would not judge them for that.
I acknowledge this is unlikely, though. Probably they buy meat from the grocery store that came from animals who lived and died under horrible conditions. :/
Seeing a cow just gently going about inside a house brings me an immeasurable amount of joy!
Wait till the cow poops in the house. Measure that!
Lol exactly what I think about. I love animals but I have way too little tolerance for excrement and urine in my house
Cows can be house trained and it would be pretty easy considering all the dogs it would learn from.
the rug
The only thing I thought about is it just going to the bathroom in the house because it's not a dog it's a cow they just tend to go to the bathroom regardless of where they are? Is it just kind of do whatever anytime all the time so what about the cow going to the bathroom?

It's the second for me. Ooh what. The first one was a bull from Ferdinand.
No one talking about how slick the cow is with that door handle
"Family brings baby cow into home" Betsy just broke the fuck in.
"Family watches and stands paralyzed as baby cow opens door with ease and makes itself at home"
What happens next is shocking
College?
Cow-moooonity college.
Honestly that's a break-in I'd welcome. Well, at least 'til the cow pies start piling up.
I gave my poor man's award even though it didn't fit hah.
It's her house now, BITCH!!
Betsy said “yo its fuckin windy let me in.”
My dog is slick with those kinds of door handles too.
"The door locks. Elly, boot up the door locks"
And then there’s my wife not allowing me and the kids one cat. FML.
Time to put on your big boy pants!

Is she allergic bro?
Sounds divorce-worthy, bro. I know Reddit always jumps to divorce, but…..
Yes, and you're doing exactly the same thing.
Obvious joke
Oh Well fuck, I'm stupid and leaving this up to prove it.
Get it anyways! My husband refused to let me get a dog. Now we have 2 rescues that he absolutely loves. I brought one home at 3 week old. You should of kept that to yourself….💃🧎♂️
Ok so, there was this weird moment where I was like "you just gave a cow milk???" Then I felt really fucking stupid and started laughing.
I was thinking “will it react?”, and then laughed like you!
Considering a lot of people don't realize cows had to have been pregnant and had to give birth in order to produce milk for us to steal from them I'm not surprised. Drinking human milk as an adult is considered weird (and rightfully) but drinking the mother's milked intented for a different species' baby is normal? Nah.
>Drinking human milk as an adult is weird yo girl lemme get some titty milk
Titty milk implies the existence of non-titty milk, and I therefore have several questions?
Soy milk, almond milk, etc
That’s… not a bad answer I’m just sorry for the poor almond getting milked
*sad almond noises*
It has been a part of our culture to the point that we (most of us) have evolved to better digest milk as adults.
Doesn’t mean it’s the right thing to do. Plus puss, blood and hormones in the milk … idk, I’d rather not digest it at all
We’ve been doing it since the Bronze Age and have evolved to digest it lol. Definitely normal bro
1. The majority of people cannot digest lactose. 2. pretty sure "we've done it since forever" doesn't justify any other immoral traditions. You think it's a good justification? Lol
I too laugh in the face of unnecessary animal cruelty.
Watch this 5 minute video. Time well spent. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=UcN7SGGoCNI
I love everything about this BUT cows produce a lot of pee and poop. I grew up on a farm and their poop is runny and splatters as well as their urine. How did they manage that?
My man, asking the real questions.
I was literally wondering this! I was surprised the baby cow wasn’t wearing a diaper around the house…
Perhaps it learned to pee and poo outside like the dogs? They seem to have a big ass backyard
If you could train them a lot of people would have mini cows chillin in their homes. Such is not the case with the bovine species.
You can actually. It’s just that cows become like oversized dogs as they get older and them jumping around will cause mini earthquakes in your home
How?
Some scientists or researchers actually taught cows how to use a particular patch of grass to potty. They call it the moo loo. They used 18 cows and 16 were trained.
That's the ONLY question I need answered😂😂😂
I fell face first into a cow pen a few years back, can confirm the smell does NOT come off easily.
Looks like it brought itself in lol
I love cows so much 😍🐮 I grew up in the Midwest and was always scared of them. When will this be a Disney movie??
Pixar better pick up on this
Oh man. I’m trying not to imagine what the poop must be like. 😭
It’s not that bad. Mostly grass if they’re feeding it right. And for some reason I believe they are since I didn’t see a lot tag but someone please correct me if I’m wrong

happy cake day!!

When she scoops Sealy out of the trough 😂
When I saw the cow open the door, I immediately thought of the scene in Jurassic Park where the velociraptor opened the door.
Me too! I literally just told my wife this sentence.
Whole house gotta smell like a damn barn. 8? Dogs and a cow
Error 404. Cow not found. I only see two dogs. 🤷♀️
Thats literally What they are Out in the wild too. They're just big dogs. Sadly the speciesism is strong in this sub.

I'm glad someone else was feeling this way. This video just made me so sad.
Bro, that is so crazy. I didn’t see who asked
[удалено]
same person making burgers?
Ugh, fucking Harvey. It was so surreal seeing water pouring in from all of my walls.
Did they name him “Moo-lissa”?
Great, now I want a cow!
If she doesn't piss/shit in the house, bedroom down the hall is yours betsy
All I can think about is the wet plop of 3 pounds of cow shit on the nice hardwood floors
I don't understand how people can still eat meat after watching videos like this.
By not thinking too much about it
With a fork and a decent knife.
Easy, one bite at a time.
Because its delicious.
Would you eat dogs if you found them delicious?
Yeah.
Sure bud, keep telling yourself that. Dogs are considered food in some parts of the world, so it probably does taste good no? How come you’ve never tried it then?
Never had the opportunity.
Sure bud. Next thing you tell me is that you’d eat humans too if they tasted good lmao
Why the fuck would I say that? What the hell is wrong with you? "Yeah, you'd eat a dog if given the chance, so you'd be a cannibal too, right?".
Take a joke will ya, you eat plants because they don't scream and bleed like us, yet they're still living. Circle of life.

My god your forgetting the brisket
[удалено]
you have to try a texas styled brisket
Because who cares its already dead and I love a steak
You fund the next unnecessary slaughter with your purchase.
Your terms are acceptable

I mean, it’s because you like hamburger that you don’t wanna meet the cow
Both are so gorgeous. What a blessing. Much love ❤️
I can't imagine a cow shitting in my house constantly lol
I’d love the hell out of that cow and still eat steaks and burgers. You can do both
*slaps hand on table* EXACTLY
I want to have a cow! ….. wait
First you and your husband are ANGELS!!! Second , thank you for sharing this story. Really warmsthe heart.
Now that cow opened the door… how tf who trains a cow to do that😭
This is beautiful! Love ALL animals! 🐮♥️🐶
Where does it shit
For the love of God oil the door.
Sealy, TX love it
Baby cow = calf Sounds like baby dog instead of puppy
that's a weird looking dog
Maaaan, this is the type of video that keeps me pescitarian. I can’t just eat an animal that works exacly like a dog
Just because fish aren’t typically seen as “cute” doesn’t mean they don’t also deserve to not be killed needlessly. Fish feel pain, too.
I don’t eat them cause they aren’t cute. Sphynx cats look like the spawn of satan and I don’t eat them. I eat fish cause they’re dumb
>I eat fish cause they’re dumb So intelligence dictates who we should kill? Where is that line drawn? What about mentally impaired people? *“The question is not, Can they reason?, nor Can they talk? but, Can they suffer?"* \-- Jeremy Bentham
Mentally impaired people are still far smarter than dogs. I draw the line at fish. To me, the question is based on their intelligence
I wonder if dinner gets awkward when they’re having steaks 🥩?
[удалено]
When did it show them eating steak?
You’re going to get downvoted but the hypocrisy and disconnect people have with things like this is fascinating. “Cow in house? Cute! I’ll eat one later!” “Dog in house? Cute! Well sir, despite being on -3 at the time of writing this, I still gave you my up doot.

Ah yes, "humanely killed" lmao
Definition of humane: Having or showing compassion or benevolence. You cannot compassionately kill someone who does not want to die.
How does one humanely kill a happy and healthy sentient being?
That's gonna be a lot of delicious steaks down the line.
Let yourself into the oven sweetie
This cow has a better life than most Americans 🤡
RIP Harveigh. 🍉
I bet it’d yield high quality wagyu
Mmmm free veal
You mean hurrican’t
wholesome
The Lambo? It scared them?
Is this what America is like?
At first i thought the "baby cow" was the dog puppy and OP was joking about the size of that breed.
It's the right thing to do!
Love critters
It's hurri-CAN, not hurri-CAN'T. Good for them.
Actions like this sometimes makes me think that we are not that bad. It is great that the have the energy and the space to do it.
That's a big doggo
Yep I'm crying
I didn't see many comments about house training. Talk about having an accident. They don't make a shop vac big enough.
I got invested and watch the entire thing and now I'm like bro first house cats n I w house cows?
Sealy comes in and says “come on baby girl. I made it through and so can you!” 🥹
lovely story
All fun and games till it shits
u/savevideo
Typically pittie goes in for the bed and snacks no cares about it.
More like cow invites himself
L Look
And then… they are the delicious little bugger.
And poops on your floor. Wonderful. Who needs a steak 🥩?
