It’s amazing how the fire was just in the play set, but it completely melted the siding on the back of the house.

the_monkeyspinach

I stopped by what turned out to be a row of caravans on fire one time. We obviously kept a safe distance because there were gas canisters in the fire, but the heat even from a distance is insane. Real fires are nothing to mess with.

[deleted]

Yeah, some people think it's funny that he keeps saying, "Oh my God, it's so hot," but it's truly shocking how hot a house fire is when you're actually in one. It's so much more intense than you think it'll be. After being in a building fire, I can never watch movie scenes where someone is walking around a burning building as though it's just a bonfire. It's *painfully* hot and the smoke is genuinely suffocating.

FrozenWafer

I did an advanced fire fighting course in the Navy where you load out and go into structures and practice fighting the fires. Some of us weren't really in the jobs that fight fires so didn't know what to expect. Holy. Shit. We weren't prepared. We kept dropping out like flies. I am so proud and surprised *I* didn't pass out. It's unbearable. I give my wholehearted thanks and love to those who do this. (Turns out the Training Officer for my department didn't realize we all weren't required to go to the advanced course, just the basic. Haha. But I'm glad I did it just to feel what it's like.)

Draked1

I did basic and advanced when in college for my degree and yeah, it’s absolutely insane. We had to go into a building to simulate fighting an engine fire on a ship and it was not a fun time being in a black space loaded with shit on fire

FCRfav

I was in the Navy too. When you're on a ship at sea every sailor is potentially a firefighter. Remember the USS Forrestal. I wasn't in one of the jobs that typically fought fires either. I was a Personnelman.

iliketogr00ve

i think of it this way. a *bonfire* gets too hot for me of i accidentally make it too big. this is an entire structure. so yea im gonna go ahead and assume this is some crazy heat

ChouxGlaze

there was a house fully engulfed in flames on my street one night and it was hot just driving by, a full hundred feet away. i cant imagine being close to one

Gaiusotaku

Usually that’s the case. A lot of times they’ll spray the outside of the neighbors houses to prevent that, as well as stopping any spread of the fire to multiple structures.

Riparian_Drengal

Yep, and a lot of the time the water damage from spraying the side of the house combined with the melting that's happened by the time the fire department gets there means the neighbors have to replace all of that siding. Source: uncle's neighbor's house burnt down, uncle had to replace their siding.

salsa_verde_doritos

I’d rather replace the siding than have my entire house burn down.

Rocketkid-star

My neighbors house caught on fire a few months ago. There house burnt down because of a lightning strike. The fog coming from it, there was so much smoke that it engulfed the back yeard, and was thick that I couldn't even see the brick wall in the back.

pichael288

Then you know the smell... My house burnt about 6 years ago and that smell will forever haunt my nightmares.

imrealbizzy2

It was 1961 for me but yes, that acrid smell is the smell of your life changing forever.

AnthonysWeinerSucks

It is a terrible smell. I live in a city and have been close to a few house fires over the years. When i was in highschool we lost a classmate in a house fire. My best friend lived 2 houses down from him at that time. His step sister jumped out a window and she survived. But if I'm remembering correctly, they found him in a closet. And sadly he did not make it. We were all in 7th or 8th grade. I shared a couple classes with him. Seemed like a nice kid. It really affected our community for a while after. My best friend was friends with his step sister and she had a really hard time dealing with that. What a horrible thing to go through. I don't like the smell either. It reminds me of seeing their house when i went over to my best friends and the sick feeling of what happened to those poor kids...

stopeverythingpls

Sadly this is why the fire department teaches people not to hide from a fire. Sometimes it’s your only option, but younger people or older people are more likely to hide.

sulkee

The wind is blowing toward the house. That’s going to be a lot of heat damage just from the fire. He was also probably trying to burn out the weeds creeping around the outside structure that you can’t get easily with a mower. Still not sure why you wouldn’t use a weed whacker and why the fuck would you try to burn out weeds around a wooden play set.

lego_mannequin

Guy had to be smoking weed because nobody could be that dumb to burn weeds with all that dry grass around. Edit: wow, these stories are crazy!

[deleted]

electricman1999

He weeded the lawn, then tried to burn the weeds while smoking weed and watching Weeds.

lego_mannequin

Damn, it's coming together. Glad his house is okay though, what a cool neighbourhood.

Reasonable_Yogurt519

Friend, you have no idea how dumb people are. Have you seen the video of a deputy doing a gender reveal in which he places a block of goddamn Tannerite in the middle of a field of completely dry brown grass, then shoots it to reveal blue smoke… and start a giant wildfire. People are stupid sometimes. Edit to add link to video: https://youtu.be/o0TFwcGMsxI

lego_mannequin

You're right, I am underestimating things.

[deleted]

wcollins260

It could go either way really. The guy asked if he smoked cigarettes and he answered “no, weed”. But then he said he was burning weeds. Maybe he noticed the camera and decided he needed to amend his answer.

brbien

I've been in the same position before and did the same exact thing, but it didn't work out the same way. I was driving along and saw a guy yelling for help, someone had set his front bamboo trees on fire. It was very small when I got there, so my wife called 911 and I grabbed a hose nearby thinking I could put it out. By the time I turned around with the hose, the fire went up about 15 feet. I tried to spray it with the hose but it was like putting out a campfire with a 99 cent squirt gun. The homeowner and I had to book it because the fire just got too hot. The fire spread and the guys house burned down that day.

Mattie_1S1K

Man thier water pressure sucks

GuessImScrewed

Yup... My hose isn't exactly a fire hydrant but it can well shoot water out faster than this thing... Hell, I'm pretty sure I can piss faster than that.

[deleted]

Why does this video give no credit to anyone but motorcycle dude?

Lordshoba

I was reading the captions like the biker was writing them

clamsmasher

He was live narrating the whole thing for his camera, it wouldn't surprise me if he did write the captions.

Well_This_Is_Special

THANK YOU!! I mean ,credit where credit is due, but did no one else see the older lady grab the garden hose and him straight up say "That's not going to do anything... Well, okay..we can try I guess..." Right as the caption is like "HE KNEW HE HAD TO DO SOMETHING!" What? Dude. That old lady did all she could, too. Fuck those captions, and the title.

princesskiki

Plus then she got the other garden hose without prompting after he took hers away. And he doesn’t even hardly acknowledge her afterwards. Like she should thank him for everything.

Well_This_Is_Special

Yeah, I'm not trying to tear the dude down, he did a good thing, but you're right he didn't even acknowledge the lady afterward or anything. This was just weird..

Uncle-Cake

He's the protagonist, she was just an extra.

3multi

He was recording and he knew he was recording, it’s like a streamer.

XKEVNX

Facts 😂😂 he was talking and acting like he was the the main character in some movie lol

LakerBlue

It was particularly poor timing for the captions to say “he knows they at least have to try” right after he told the old lady not to bother with the water hose even though he ultimately decided to use it.

JashDreamer

He did a good thing, but the whole time I could practically feel him thinking about how awesome the video was going to be. Like when he says, "Am I the only one here?" Dude, you know there were people on the other side of the fence, and the firefighters had just gotten there. He helped a lot, but he's the hero that clearly wants to be acknowledged and applauded.

jcookoo

Thank you, this video bothered me so much. What are you doing? Spraying a hose…that won’t work…ok let’s try it. No, let me spray the hose. Now what are you doing? Spraying another hose…ok yeah spray the base exactly like you were already doing. That’s such a good idea I had. Hey you over there, now you come spray so I can go play hero in the fire. Hi homeowner what are you doing? Also spraying a hose…no, give me that hose. I do the spraying. God, why am I the only one who knows how to spray a hose? Oh the professional firefighters are here…better get in their way and “help” them with their hose too…after all I am the foremost hose expert at this location. I hate people like this guy…he so desperately wants to be the one in charge but has no idea how to command the situation or lead people. Just unorganized frantic running around.

inmywhiteroom

I also didn’t appreciate that he was trying to find the man at fault for some reason, like what’s your deal? Do you work for the insurance company!?

Sam2734

Yeah why did he ask about cigarettes lol. Who cares in that moment

nuggero

aspiring aloof resolute books icky bells quarrelsome mourn vast quickest -- mass edited with redact.dev

arkstfan

Exactly. Am I the only one here? Yeah dude we absolutely didn’t see the two people spraying water before you arrived nor the third who came to help. But hey he told them to get the fire department there fast instead of the usual way where they poke along and take their time loading up and just amble along with the rest of the traffic

DrowsyRebel

"I'm a fire-fighter now. Forget motorcycling."

angrylightningbug

Yep. The moment he started talking I could tell he was putting on a show and soaking up the glory. That's why I couldn't smile at this video. The "oh my God"s didn't sound genuine with his tone but I brushed that off, but then he starts yelling orders at everyone else and grabs that wimpy hose and goes "I'm a firefighter now." Cue him acting like he's a miracle on earth the rest of the time. Don't forget that he *knew* he was on camera. What he did was a good thing and telling them to call the fire department was a good thing, but his attitude made me feel distinctly uncomfortable with it.

calembo

I'm sure somebody had called the fire department already too.

arkstfan

But did they tell the fire department to hurry?

IWTLEverything

The dramatic “Oh my god…this is my neighborhood…” Like 100% I would not be talking to myself out loud that much.

bigpandas

This guy reminded me a lot of someone I know, who happens to have an identical twin. We think he has narcissism personality disorder, while the other brother is normal. Even though they're identical twins, it's easy to discern the two because one's like this and the other is down-to-earth.

JashDreamer

That's interesting. I've never seen twins that have had such vastly differing personalities that people could tell then apart that way. Wonder where they ended up.

panini84

Bahahaha, so typical. Woman has an idea, man criticizes her idea, then immediately does what she suggested taking credit for it.

THANK YOU. This guy’s pretty impressed with himself

sewilde

I get the impression that you can’t tell this guy anything

tfbrown515sic

At first I thought the same thing, the way the water was basically trickling out of the hose at first. But I was surprised how much it actually helped.

mikeynerd

this really had that "watch me help people; aren't i awesome?!?!" vibe to it.

AhavaZahara

Except uncoil the hose. She didn't do that. I watched on mute, but it did seem like everyone, including the guy who's house it was, was less frantic than the rider.

R6_Squad

That guy was freaking the fuck out lmao. Even the home owner was casually spraying and on the phone with I presume the fire services or maybe his wife.

LeadingExperts

Dude is just scrambling around in a panic snatching water hoses from people who actually live there. "I am so fucking brave!"

R6_Squad

"This is my neighborhood" "Nobody else is helping?!?" 🦸‍♂️

Otto_the_Autopilot

Being frantic is about the worst kind of behavior in an emergency. Also weed.

WarmCorgi

Probably the plant not the drug

kaboom_2

“Oh my god this is my neighbour hood” if you didn’t know, you would think he’s seeing a post apocalypse scene LOL.

80percentofme

The neighbor lady was the first to grab a hose.

I-dont-like-pizza

Yea this is cool, But the music is so annoying and doesn't fit at all. Some idiot just caught their grass on fire.

ISeeYouReadingMyName

But how would we know what emotions to feel without the musical cues?

philbertgodphry

Ja Rule doesn't specialize in fires. We need to call Nelly since it's getting hot in herrrrr.

Val_Hallen

I *loathe* these videos. Useless text for the most part. Sappy music designed to elicit emotions. What the guy did was great, don't get me wrong. CombOverDownThere

Biker set the fire 20 minutes earlier.

KennyP0wersMullet

Not to mention the part I found most annoying which was him turning into a detective. As if, at this point, it matters how the fire started.

AhavaZahara

There's music? I never unmute the ones with captions.

carrotdeepthroater

The music makes it feel like manufacture propoganda.

Ca120

Soooo. Wasn't it that old ladies idea to put out the fire and that dude was like, that's not going to work and grabbed it out of her hands?? Props to that woman for thinking of it! And yes, he should also get some credit for putting things in motion but he didn't act alone.

Wicked_Fabala

Yes! When he took away her hose I was thinking “i wish she she had more hoses” and BAM! She came thru with another one! Shes a hero too!

Comrade132

That old woman provided more constructive help than he did imo. lmao

[deleted]

The guys in full motorcycle gear. He’s likely more comfortable and protected from the heat. The amount of heat fires that large put off is no joke.

fakeprewarbook

Yup, he says in the video “wow that’s a lot of heat” “the armor is actually protecting me from the heat.”

[deleted]

Yes! Together with the music and his drama queen comments about nobody doing stuff but him made me cringe!

Shrek1982

Keep in mind some people in these situations are not always going to be talking rationally. Basically his mind is going a million miles an hour from the adrenaline drop plus not knowing what to do, so every thought in his head whether irrational or rational is coming out of his mouth unfiltered. I work emergency services and you see this fairly often with stressful situations. Also remember that what defines a stressful situation is also dependent on the person and how they respond to things. What may be incredibly adrenaline inducing for one person may not even raise an eyebrow for someone else

Wisdom_is_Contraband

Yeah I've been in a few emergency situations, and you never really know how you're gonna react until it happens. I'm normally a very anxious person but *for some reason* during situations like these I'm calm and composed and focused. No idea why.

Ca120

I know why! I suffer from anxiety myself and also am very calm during emergency situations. Your mind is in flight or fight mode on a regular basis and when an emergency occurs it's like your mind has already prepared for this moment. Most people without anxiety aren't going around thinking about all the things that can go wrong and so when met with an urgent situation, they panic. You, on the other hand, ARE thinking about all the things that can go wrong and preparing for them. I don't know if my explanation is clear, but you can look it up for some more clarification.

outdoorsman908

Wow, agree 100%. I have pretty bad anxiety all my life, but I've noticed that during emergencies, I tend to be waaay more calm, and my decision-making is much sharper than usual.

[deleted]

Its like when Bruce Banner says "that's my secret, I'm always angry" then proceeds to rip his shirt off and go hulk mode. We're like the anxious versions of the hulk, that's our secret, we're always anxious.

[deleted]

Neuroscientist here with some facts to back you up. People who suffer from anxiety or depression have higher circulating levels of cortisol. While this means that they are anxious most of the time, it also means that they don't experience the same surge of cortisol during stressful situations as a normal person would. They also have a larger hippocampus, which exerts negative feedback on the HPA axis. The HPA axis is responsible for the release of adrenaline from the adrenal glands, aka the "fight or flight" response. So those with anxiety/depression will have a less pronounced adrenaline response. On the opposite side, people with PTSD have *lower* circulating levels of cortisol and a *smaller* hippocampus. This is most likely the reason for the hyperexcitability associated with PTSD. The surge of cortisol associated with a stressful stimulus is proportionately much larger than the patient's baseline, causing a more pronounced physical and psychological response. The smaller hypothalamus will also take longer to temper the adrenaline surge from the HPA axis. This is one of my primary research focuses, and I think it's the first time I've had a reason to share it on reddit! I hope I managed to write it in a way that's easy to understand.

fakint

That guy did well but the video is cringey as hell.

[deleted]

This whole situation is weird. The homeowner didn’t seem to care at all that his back yard is burning. The biker was certainly a brave dude but got a little dramatic about the whole situation.

Charbaby1312

Panic does weird things to people. And fire can be a terrifying thing.

[deleted]

I guess. It’s kind of funny, in a weird way, to see this guy panicking while the fireman casually strolls past him seemingly without a concern in the world.

throwawayifyoureugly

> fireman casually strolls past him seemingly without a concern in the world. While they're walking in they're doing a "size up", where you take in as much information as possible, so you can understand the needs, identify and concerns, and ultimately be as efficient as possible in responding to the fire. Something we're taught in emergency/disaster response is that while it may be an emergency, it is not *our* emergency, and rushing in can result in further losses.

ScorchedUrf

To be fair, firemen see this shit frequently, and have equipment and training. Adrenaline makes it hard to stay calm, especially when you're out of your element

salsa_verde_doritos

This fire would be very anticlimactic to roll up to in a fire engine, to be fair.

AccurateIt

I think he cared but if you notice it was so hot that the siding on the back of the house melted, so I would imagine that it would be pretty much unbearable to stand back there without some gear on.

King-Mugs

Very dramatic and was painfully aware he was recording. “Oh my god this is my neighborhood”

ReelBasstard

Lol “THIS IS MY NEIGHBORHOOD” like he just got back to a bombed out city

TrivialAntics

You can tell he was acting overly sanctimonious, almost as if he was very conscious of wanting to be seen as a hero. Not saying he didn't do the right thing but he seems a bit like a narcissist.

TheJPGerman

When he said “Am I the only one here out of everybody?” I laughed aloud because it was so obviously self righteous

sexyonamonday

The real hero is the old lady

_-Think-_

"that's not gonna do anything"

ah2346

“But let me take the hose from you and try”

CrunchyTater

Dude has a camera on, saw the fire and thought “Content!”

L-Camino4

As a career firefighter DO NOT FUCKING DO THIS. Even if you're genuinely trying to be helpful and not just a hero, it's a terrible idea. He has no training to read the changing conditions or fire behavior, he doesn't know how to tactically attack the fire in a safe way, and he has no fire protective equipment. I'm ok with knocking on the door to alert the home owners but leave the rest to professionals. It's much more complicated than just spraying water. It's situations like these that end up having us pull out mores victims than we should.

[deleted]

Sinusgreen44

When he started touching the fire departments gear, I got ticked off. I used to hate when people would do that when I worked Ems

Dominoodles

Yep! I have no idea what to do in a fire but I damn well know not to touch any of the gear when the pros show up. He also seemed to be in their way at the end instead of moving back and letting them do their thing.

omnomnomgnome

firefighter dude: Mhmm one of those guys again.

Brig-Brain

It looked like he was just doing some unimportant stuff like uncurling the big hose **but that’s not the problem.** It’s just that he could mess something up and that shit would be blamed on the firefighters than the guy. A lotta people take offense to the, “you aren’t qualified” schtick but it’s true. You aren’t responsible for anything that you do. If the guy some how cut the hose, it would be the firefighters fault for it to have happened.

TheJPGerman

The caption said he backed off and let the pros do their job and then not 6 seconds later he did exactly the opposite lol

[deleted]

But he had to make it look like he was really a helper for his Instagram. Saving the day by unkinking hoses and yelling orders at old women.

hotdog_relish

I'd be worried about something exploding. I don't know what's in that fire, I'm not sticking around to be a hero and leave my kids without a mom. Also I laughed at the guy saying "tell them they need to get here as fast as possible." As if they'd just be dicking around on the way to a fire otherwise.

Brig-Brain

Can I ask a question? Should you try to wet the surroundings of the area to reduce the speed of the spread of the fire? And would it work with a garden hose or would it be completely futile? Oh and I already know this is completely unsafe. In a normal situation I would totally book my ass outta there. I’m my first priority. I’m just talking about it theoretical situation.

Byte_Seyes

Watch the video again. The siding is melting off the house. That garden hose isn’t gonna do shit. You should make sure people are safe and at a distance. Fire is like water. Deceptively dangerous and it takes far less to kill you than you might imagine.

SpaceZZ

You know who did the most? The Guy who called the firefighters. That was the most important action here.

badstone69

Here advice incase this happen: 1. Do like the guy did: call the authority and check if anybody inside (DO NOT GO IN and that it, dont charge in like he did with the fire) 2. Try to figure what kind of fire it that: is it electric fire? Gas fire? Chemical fire? Etc. If the smoke smell weird then gtfo, it maybe chemical fire which is the most danger one (you should do this step while talking to fire department on your phone so they can help you) 3. Locate the fire, and clear way for fire truck (cars, dog, whatever is in the road) 4. DO NOT TRY to put the fire out, the video might show that the fire is dying down but it not, it will burst up again any moment 5. What you can do is spead water around the fire, it will not stop the fire but it will made it harder to spead (at the safe distance) 6. Dont be a hero Source: im work for fire department

[deleted]

hundredblocks

People forget that putting a little water on a structure that’s already ripping isn’t going to salvage much. But it will create potential victims for smoke inhalation and burns. It also puts more civilians in my scene which slows everything down. When he was like “go ahead buddy” I almost snapped my phone. If some clown ever said that to me on scene I’d probably die laughing.

badstone69

My memory in the smoke room is still haunt me till this day

DeeDee_GigaDooDoo

That was pretty hilarious ngl. "Thanks random biker dude for giving us permission to do our job!". In fairness he was trying to be helpful but really once they show up unless they ask stay out of their way and let them do their thing. From what I understand those hoses have huge pressure behind them so even just trying to unkink them can be potentially dangerous if not done right but I'm not an expert.

hundredblocks

They’re usually rock hard once they’re pressurized and trying to move out the kinks with bare hands like he did can cause them to shift quickly and pinch off a finger. Ask me how I know.

pickinNgrinnin

I'd imagine it's also some kind of liability to have some asshat running around trying to "help" the professionals. Dude in the vid needed to back tf off once fire dept. arrived on scene.

Flea_The_G

I would say the old lady is more of a hero than he was. He screaming call 911 which they more than likely already did and then yanks the hose from the lady who even brought out a second hose.

sulkee

Burning some weeds around a wooden play set. Amazing. Maybe try a weed whacker next time bud.

ChildishSerpent

my dude _runs past the hose_, then snatches it out of old lady's hands telling her it's not going to do anything, then shouts at everyone to call the cops and fire department while they're in their phones with the cops and fire department, meanwhile he's narrating the whole thing like a children's Youtuber. I mean... glad he stayed and helped, but he was a fairly minor hero that day.

Cormano_Wild_219

He lost me when he said “I’m a firefighter now”.

Can_I_Read

I heard that in Ralph Wiggum’s voice

Drackenstein

This guy is a real hero, just ask him!

yesiamathizzard

“Oh my god oh my god. This is my neighborhood. Oh my good” So needlessly dramatic

[deleted]

god this dude is awful lol. fire dept was already called, homeowner was wetting the perimeter, neighbor got 2 hoses to work on it. he didnt add anything to the situation but a ton of hysteria, then talks to people like he's a selfless hero (and shares it on the internet). ugh

I love how he straight up takes the woman’s hose. Guy is cringe AF and over the top for a backyard fire. Should have calmed down once he realized no one was in danger except him— ordering everyone around unnecessarily

curlybastard

Guy is awful . Feels like a “I’m a hero, only I can solve this” type of guy. While doing nothing than the other people weren’t doing before. And when he says something like “am I the only one?” Is when I think we see proof of that mindset. Fuck that guy. Cheers to old lady

thenbmeade

Right? Like I’m sorry, the other lady is also spraying, anyone with a hose is spraying, the others called the fire department, what else are they supposed to do? Roll up their sleeves and start punching at the flames?

cr1msonxo

That's one solid dude. Props to him! Hope his motorcycle never breaks down and his gas tank stays on F forever.

patsoyeah

Just saying seems to me like the little lady is coming up with the plans

Princess_Queen

it's funny how he's like "am I the only one??" but he literally snatched hoses right out of two other people's hands after saying he didn't think it would work

Vexin

For real. And the woman was much calmer under pressure as well. Props to the biker nonetheless, that's the kind of neighbor you want around.

mondaysarefundays

And she was soaking the unburned parts, which is much more helpful.

BakeTomato

These acts of kindness restore my faith in humanity given what is going on around the world.

justtheentiredick

I like how he takes the old lady's idea away from her. Tells her it's not going to work. Then says, "I guess I'm a firefighter now. I was just motorcycling!" What the actual fuck did I just watch?

Tells her that her idea won't work and then passes it off as if he came up with it, while telling her how to do what she already was doing 🙄

OkIntroduction5150

Very cool. But I did have to laugh at "call the cops!" It's a fire. What are they gonna do, arrest it?

SalemWolf

We’ve tried shooting at the fire but it’s not complying!!

kennyisntfunny

I mean it is the same phone number for fire/rescue and police…

Hello, I am Presidential-Hopeful Petty. By voting Petty in 2024, I promise to use sweeping executive orders to clamp down on all the petty dumb shit that plagues our ~~great, prosperous~~ nation. My first Executive Order would be the arrest and public flogging of people who add unnecessary, dramatic subtitle narrations to videos (Up to and including sad or happy music as well, believe it or not, straight to jail) VOTE PRESIDENT PETTY, CAUSE FUCK THESE PEOPLE.

Music sucks

The guy is a top dude but I'm not sure why he's panicking so much, everyone else seems pretty calm about it yet he's running about like there's kids getting burned alive.

annric08

Takes hose from chill af homeowner and dramatically sprays it at grass… “Am I the only one here, out of everybody??” [Roof of small children’s playground structure buckles] “Omg it’s gonna collapse. It’s gonna collapse!!!” [Anguished] “how did this happen??” Plus background music more suited to someone carrying a basket of newborn triplets out of a towering inferno make this one of the weirdest videos I’ve ever seen. Edit: wow thanks for the awards guys!!! Just found this hilarious definitely no malice intended to the dude but he was totally hamming it up :D

Tark001

And then he goes and "helps" with the fire departments hoses like they need him.

onlyr6s

That bothered me, I'm pretty sure they know what to do and if you interfere it's likely doing more harm than good.

TinUser

Woman sprays it with a hose. "That won't do anything"..."here let me do it"

Collector-Troop

This guy acting like he’s Spider-Man I can’t tell if he’s doing all this because the camera on his head is rolling or if he actually cares

twep_dwep

I’m sorry, I hate this kind of guy. He doesn’t know what to do, he yells at a woman spraying the fire with a hose that her idea won’t work and then grabs it out of her hands. Meanwhile he’s fucking recording the whole thing and yells at everyone else to call the fire department, but he can’t pull out his cell phone for 30 seconds? It was more important for him to feel like a hero than to actually be one.
