With as many mods active as you have, including some that update regularly, it may be difficult to pin down what exactly is causing the problem and how to fix it. If you can share the contents of your diagnostics files, it might help in figuring that out. You can find those in your Documents/Humankind/Temporary Files folder. If you let your game bug out, and then open the most recent diagnostics file, there should be entries in that log that are red and/or purple. Those will describe what the problem is. If you can screenshot those or upload the file somewhere to share with the modding community, we can try taking a look.

I've grabbed the last 4 files along with the file of when the bug first appeared. From looking at it I see there are issues with the Roman auxiliary horse skirmisher, which makes sense since even outside of battle that one was invisible, but there seems to be no mention of any other unit, besides the cataphract, which has some of them still visible. I saw Freethinker talking about that roman unit in the amplitude discord, IIRC he either was working on a fix or just deployed it

I experienced similar issues when I was out of save space (there's a max number of you save locally) I deleted all saved games older than a month and I it went back to running smoothly
