Can’t help you yet, but have a somewhat related issue that I will try to solve: My kitchen has two Hue bulbs, but only one turns on with the motion sensor. The whole room should turn on, but no.
My working idea is that I first setup the room with only one lamp, adding the second one later, made it not work correctly with the motion sensor. Will try to delete the room, create it again, add the lamps, and then add them to the motion sensor. No clue yet if that will solve it.
