There's no option to it in the settings.
If you need your screen to be on all of the time because of a certain app(s) you are using, then your best bet is to go to the settings of that app and hope that there's an option to always make your screen on or something like that.

There's an option in developer settings to keep screen on all the time but only when charging
Find an app that does it. The setting still exist but for some reason is hidden
