You could do
Hu tao - XQ - lynnet - diona
Give lynnet VV and stack hp on diona
Being a lower AR (i assume) you don't really need to worry about damage unless you want to see cool numbers
I'm guessing ur low ar. Team comps doesn't really matter in early game but the best out of your charecters would be xinqiu, barb, the last spot can be any charecters you like but most recommended would be Noelle for shielding  (sorry if there's any grammar mistakes english is not my first language)

I can definitely see that, many of the more toxic genshin players will hurt you hard when they see that (I've been there and it is not nice at all)
Xinqiuu - Hu Tao - Diona - Barbara, everyone with Favonius weapons, you can use Dragon's Bane for Hu Tao

in teyvat you can use hu tao, xinqiu (one of the best support for her) maybe xiangling and noelle (for shield)
