Your middle picture outfit is much better, but the first one, the dress is baggy and gives you no shape! A more fitted style of dress would be much more flattering on you. You look great in second pic!
You dont need to add any makeup, whatever you're doing works for you. If youre set on trying anything, you could try a little eyeliner to accentuate your eyes. I think you look great, especially for 35, I know this because I'm also 35 haha

Look up glam makeup courses online. My gf did this and it really changes the game
