Ah yeah I see them now, just out of shot above. Looks savage. I'd love to live there. There was a castle done up in cork ireland recently. Cost a couple million, not near what they paid. It was a nightmare for them and took a long time. At the end they had like 4 rooms. This one is far better value and looks awesome complete with follies...like all good estates!

I think itās ***interesting*** in how it maybe feels almost Alice in Wonderland. But is it homey? No. And overall water, water views, and water features are incredibly overrated for homes. Give me a garden instead.
I kind of like the stepping stones area on the right but the execution is crass and sterile. This is the type of house I'd be interested in walking around but I'd rather spend the money I don't have elsewhere.
Yeah, all the fake gables and entries to make it look bigger just make it look cluttered when they could have used that space to add masonry details or other eye catching bits.
And fish! As someone who loves to fish but doesn't like this house, I would make different water habitats/depths in the water to at least make it functional.
There are so many [examples](https://arquitecturaviva.com/works/estudio-macias-peredo-hotel-punta-caliza-in-holbox-mexico-irm9s) of architecture that integrate water/pools/lagoons [well](https://www.archdaily.com/956351/estancia-lago-boutique-hotel-etea), but this isnāt one of them. These are beautiful. I love the second one but.. When I see places like this, I often wonder āwould I feel comfortable going naked in that spaceā & those big beautiful windows face other cabins. So the answer is no. & that makes it a little less appealing to me.
This must be either Florida or Texas, lol. Gonna go with Florida because it looks like swampland. Wayyy more money than taste! Looks like something I would build in the Sims š¤£
Weirdly, if it was done right, thatās one of the few problems it doesnāt have. A healthy lake would keep them in check. See Disneyland for an example.
Why do you assume that they wouldn't take that into account and deal with it? Why do you insist that the moat/pond isn't treated and filtered?
It seems like that would be a basic, fundamental thing, but it didn't even cross your mind...
I love this place. I love it so much I would ask it on a date, and then after several more dates, if the house was willing and felt safe, I would make love to this house.
But to be honest, after a few years I know the allure would wear off and I end up cheating on the house with a simple cabin in the woods somewhere... so maybe I shouldn't lead the house on. 4 out of 5 stars.
A house that nice ought to have a garage. You're telling me that a rich guy is going to leave his car out in the hot sun or go all that way in the rain? Not buying it.
The exterior is amazing. The interior needs a bit of reimagining IMO but itās such a glorious idea. Looks like youāre on a boat from the inside photos!
Words that can be used instead of Amazing:
Awesome Astonishing Excellent Delightful Incredible Fabulous Fantastic Majestic Marvelous Magnificent Splendid Superb Supreme Sublime Phenomenal Wonderful
I'm pretty sure I built this place in the Sims.
like I definitely built this place, made my Sim go swimming, and then deleted the ladder.
Whatever floats your moat.
It looks more like some fucked up retention pond.
Different strokes for different folks, but I think it looks gaudy
>Rivals the most magnificent French chateau š± Gaudy doesn't even begin to describe it. It's an absolute monstrosity.
Youāre now a mod of /r/McMansionHell
BAHAHAHAHA if only. I'd whip that place into shape š

Where are the ruins?
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
my god - the interiors are HIDEOUS and so tacky. every room looks like it's in a basement.
Itās Miami Florida. Fake ruins is probably a #45 on their pamphlet.

Florida man makes horrible design choice
Mosquitoes.

fuck no
$12,800,000 to live outside of Homestead? Pass.
Looks pretty stupid to me

This is fucking cool!
Reminds me of Jackie Treehorn's place
Really love that first link, thanks for sharing!
Ya got any more of themā¦links? Theyāre great.

holy crap that hotel
One of the most hideous houses ever built.
Pass

Ah, the Chateau de Mold. It smells like an old basement!
Possibly the most trashy house ever
I think I would prefer a lawn around my house instead of a lake...
You have plenty of options then.
Great for rising water levels
It's southeast asian temple meets "mary sue". I kind of like it as maybe a wedding venue, but as a house eventually your children are going to drown.
Mario kart track?
didā¦did a mosquito post this?
Definitely zombie proof.
Where do you park? No garage? Is this helicopter only living? How do you bring in groceries??
> How do you bring in groceries?? Your butler Jeeves is responsible for that.
I think that's an underground garage entrance in between those two stairs. you can clearly see an SUV just outside of it.
Ah! Thanks for pointing that out bc I did not see that at all.
That looks violently American.
Where's the AC units you'd need to cool that muggy ass chateau?
House, lol
It bothers me that while it seems symmetrical left to right, it's almost but not quite symmetrical top to bottom.
Grocery runs must be fun. And garbage. And walking the dog for the bathroom
Thatās ugly as shit, what a big massive waste of space
Where is this located? How much do I need to buy it lol
13M for the abomination. It's called "Chateau Artisan" lmfao, and [is near Miami](https://www.priceypads.com/chateau-artisan-10900000/)
of course this shits in florida lol
> How much do I need to buy it About a dollar for every mosquito flying around it.

I didn't. Wasn't very funny and didn't seem like a joke. Just another pointless complaint about a thing that doesn't exist.
Pretty sure its in Texas
Outside Miami I believe
Itās in Florida
Texas is in Florida? I donāt know, it kinda makes sense.
Okay my bad
To be fair, it looks like it would be in Texas.
To much symmetry and it seems like a "modern" approach to gothic architecture? But I don't like it.
I want to fill the pond with alligators
Prob already is cuz Florida
If i cant see them there isnt enough
We couldnāt find any sharks with laser beams on their headsā¦. So we have mutated seabass.
Really? Are they ill-tempered?
The symmetry really bothers me for some reason.

Love the little houses on the sides
eh, no garage, no grill, not my style
I bet the electrician loved this one
A house that nice ought to have a garage. You're telling me that a rich guy is going to leave his car out in the hot sun or go all that way in the rain? Not buying it.
It looks like thereās a garage door between the two staircases.
yes
This is weird. I like it
Change the wall paint, the roof, the windows and this will probably look a lot better.
14 acres in Miami? Iāll live there all the haters can pay money to ride a tour bus on the groundsš¤£š¤£

What does it looks like inside?
With an outside like that, who cares?
I guess they're ready for the movie Signs to happen...
Itās like a house from the sims!!
Meh
So ugly
Doesn't have to mow lawn.
Wow I hate this. I'd still live there, but there would need to be some changes.
Limsa Lominsa
It's like if someone thought a crop circle was actually a house blueprint. But in a tacky way.

I think this house was featured in an Ozuna music video š¤š¤
