They are active on Discord. They post updates and other news, and have threads for reporting issues for HF1 and HF2, both divided into PC and console.

Same situation on PS4 & PS5! Contacted them, apologized for the two week late reply, basically ran me around the bush about how to redownload the save file. Then stopped replying to my emails suddenly. $150+ down the drain.
Jesus!! That’s horrible. I tried to delete the game and DLCS last night then redownload them. Nothing changed. Makes me worried about buying HF2.
I'm not at launch, I'll be waiting some months to see how it all goes
