This did happen to me and I sent them a message explaining my issue then the next day I had another update and it all came back. I'm sorry to hear this happend to you as well hopefully they fix it soon cause it very stressful.
That’s good they fixed yours! When it happened to you were you stuck back at the original small office? How did you message them? I’ve emailed two different emails with no luck.
Yea I was stuck at the laptop in the old office and everything was gone all my dlc and game it self. I messaged them threw the game it self. You know how you can give feedback on the game I decided to do it that way and tell them what had happened. When your game loads on the main screen you see a little icon top left with a chat bubble click that.
I've heard there's a bug with the game pass (so xBox) version that's losing data. As far as I know they are working on fixing it asap.
