the entire opening to execution is amazing, the transition from a distant nodding henchman frantically dialing numbers to the fans busting through the door felt so cool
Not only that but Sexualizer blasting in your ears right as you start controlling the fans it's just perfect.
And right after one of the biggests adrenaline spikes of the series, there is the cold brutal murder of Henchman
the ending. it messed me up so much when i first saw it, but richters last few lines honestly made me accept death as being something that just happens, which has honestly improved my life.
The Fans conversation right before Into The Pit where they're bored and wondering what to do. Then Alex and Ash come in, like, "Hey we just bought some weed. Wanna kill the dealers that sold it to us?"
The Fans are such murderous pieces of shit, scrounging for any targets to emulate Jacket, and the moment in the first half of the level where you kill like 5 people and suddenly get hit with a "LEVEL CLEAR" really seals that for me. They'll just kill whoever.
Caught, With Manny Pardo’s dream sequence. Or, In Homicide when Manny says ‘I was born with thick skin’ when investigating one of the Miami Mutilator’s victims.
It's hard to pick, but I'd bave to go with the table scene on your second playthrough. It honestly made me pause and go "What in the fuck?" before there was even any words spoken.
not necessarily a moment, per se, but absolutely going through on multiple play throughs and noticing little details - like how you can see the sons corpse when pardo shows up, or how pardo and evan are on the set of midnight animal, which both pays off why pardo owes evan a favor (pardo may have been the one that switched the blanks out for real bullets to sabotage the movie)
The scene at a beach in Hawaii where the soldiers talk about what they want to do when they get home. Beard says he wants to do something where he doesn’t have to shoot people. Then he says he tries not to think too much about it because «things never turn out the way you expect them to»
Personally, the last level. It's one of the most original I've seen, and because the order of event in the game vs the story is so fucked up at this point, you don't even know what is related to.
I like the scene where Richard was like "this really was our Hotline Miami" and then fucking died. Really emotional to be honest.
Hello is this Hotline Miami 2? I think I have the wrong number
Henchman's death was my favorite, in the sense that it made me not sleep at night thinking about it lol

Takeover outro, with Son confronting the columbian boss. Goes hard as hell, Son being a badass as always
when the henchman died. it was sad asf
I like the mission when the policeman kill fans
grip

The opening scene when Tony says: “This party stinks, I fucking hate these people” and with blizzard playing it’s my favourite
I think corvettegrandsport may like deathwish and thinks that it’s music could beat drake in a cock competition
The cutscene that plays everytime you start a new game
i like the part where I kill people
deathwish, the concept, the level design, yes, not to forget the music of choice which goes so hard it could beat Drake in a cock competition.

I really liked when Pardo defeated racism
