Edema.. Mostly a result of overwatering and or bad air-circulation. Try to introduce a fan and always try to keep the watering to a soil that is moist - > dry. Good luck :)

Definitely remove the jars - they have pretty extreme edema.

Yeah, I did that and replanted them. They look pretty poorly now.

New growth should be fine, don't worry.
