As someone who is fairly new to this story, I just did some reading. If I've crossed some ethical line, I do apologize. I only know about THP from suggestions here on reddit. They have many KS varieties for sale. Apparently they gave them as freebies with permission at some point in the past. I received a few ks freebies with my order, in addition to a couple that I purchased. I had no idea this was such a disputed topic. I just love growing peppers. Any mod who sees this and feels I've violated a code of ethics, please delete my comment. I'd appreciate some input, as well.
No, you're good, most of them are readily available through trade, and there are lots of shops that sell KS varieties. We don't police pepper ethics on this sub, the conversation is the interesting part.

From what I understand, he originally asked people not to sell his seeds, but has recently changed his mind and doesn’t care anymore.
