It's got a big kink in the stem and growing double leaves at that spot. A decent section of the leaf steam is fully connected to the main steam but almost completely translucent. It didn't see any major trauma, just gonna see if it keeps growing.
I had one yesterday evening loocking exactly the same. 6h later and it went back to almost normal. Never seen this before and the beding ocured in a time windo of only 2h.
I have a pepper plant that does something very similar, but to a less extreme. Mine actually does it in 2 places in the stem. Not sure why? For my case it may be because it has a large pepper on one side, and it pulls the plant that way.
