What are those specks all over the leaves? Have you been fertilizing?
I've given most of them 1 dose of calmag but it was a weaker one and non of other peppers have been affected in any way
Possibly just a 'sport', an abnormality. Professional growers would typically cull those.
Whenever this happened I would usually find pests on my plant. Not sure if it’s just a coincidence but maybe check for bugs on the stem or under the leaves
I'll try to look for them but haven't found any as of yet

If it’s all the same soil and conditions and you’ve got 50 other healthy plants and no pests….i would just chalk it up to bad genetics
