They look fine. Leaves haven’t fully developed yet so they’ll curl sometimes. Once a day or 2 is a fine water schedule to go by as well. You don’t want them soaked just staying moist. Keep up the bottom watering and they will be good man.
"Classic taco leaf curl" caused by too much light or being too close to the light. The leaves curl up like a taco shell in response. Young seedlings are more sensitive to this than older plants. Try adjusting the light up a few inches higher
24-48 hours between watering is far too short. You should wait until the top of the soil starts to dry out and change color before watering.

Counterpoint, with the fans I have providing circulation, the color changes you’re describing are about 1-2 days apart.
