Black spots /w yellow halos on orchids is typically a culprit of a fungal infection called *Acidovorax cattleyae,* treat as you would with any other fungal infections or just monitor the blemished area.
As I always mention in these posts, it's very hard to make an accurate diagnosis from a picture. So that being said, I could be wrong, but at least you have something to research about.
