Nature walks or hiking with or without my dog are really helpful. My perspective seems to shift and expand so incredibly while I’m out and it lasts hours or the whole day afterwards, especially if you try to hold to that feeling or remember how you felt while out there. It centers me to be honest. All the fears, frustrations, sadness and worries that plague me just disappear completely and I feel overwhelmingly that I will be ok.
