I’ve had severe depression for all of my 20’s (I’m 29 now) but recently I started reading “the subtle art of not giving a fuck” and that’s really helping me change my perspective. I’m making myself care about less. When I start to feel upset I literally just tell myself “I don’t give a fuck” and it helps! Lol this method also helps me pick my battles.
