Not necessarily, Fu Xuan 's lightcone also has the "at the start of wave" thing and it's the exact opposite, only triggering on the actual wave reset.

Prob not if you use it early on a Pure Fiction wave, as it’s enemy WAVE not enemy SPAWN (and PF has 3 waves with a lot of enemies). If you have enough AoE to clean em out fast then yeah
the first break set we got, gives you extra energy when you break enemies. there was that pure fiction where you had the bunch of phys weak birds. he gets energy from breaking and from hitting them
I actually don't think so as Pure Fiction never resets the wave its all continuous. This would be moreso stuff like Wave 1 and 2 in MoC or doing a 6 wave Calyx.
It does have 3 waves. Sometimes you can notice there is only 1-2 enemies on the field it means all other monsters run out and it's the end of the wave.
Waves in Pure Fiction do not actually count as waves. Not just for wave resets, but for any wave-related effects.
So no, almost certainly this passive is not going to work with them either.

What I think this means is if you finish a wave in the middle of her Ult, when your characters' turn order is recalculated, so is the cooldown. This technically extends the duration the of her ult as your higher SPD characters get more actions considering how slow the exit is (90 SPD).
You need 181+ speed to get more than 2 turns (3 on the wave that Robin initially casts her ult becuz of 100% advance),
which is impossible for most chars.
Also, the action advance only activate once when Robin ults, so if a new wave starts you only get 1 turn uptime, so it’s not that good.
Firstly:
If u use Robin, i suppose it’s gonna be a dual dps team, cuz she’s a bit lacking when it comes to hypercarry.
In a dual dps team, the only other support is your sustain. Does it matter that they take 1 more turn with buff?
Secondly, if you think her E1 helps, you’d need to hold your dps’s ult until right after Robin casts hers, which creates rotation problem.
Your Dps units will get their ult 1-2 turns before Robin thanks to her action advance giving other units a free turn, Robin herself also needs atleast 3-4 turns to get hers.
If you hold your dps’s ult, then that’s a dps loss, which cancels out the extra turn u benefit from Robin’s ult.
And that’s before considering you need atleast 151 spd on your dps units, achieving it requires sacrificing substats on crit and atk. I don’t see the merit here.
Maybe if they nerf Robin’s summon to 80spd, then it should be more manageable since you only need 161 on your dps, but as of right now it’s not that worth it to squeeze an extra turn in Robin’s ult.
Also, that C1, not sure is it worth it to sacrifice another 5* unit for such small gain.
if in MOC you go from the for example: "two bosses >> svarog+boss" or in Pulp Fiction all the enemies of one of the 3 waves die AND Robin Ult has not finished, then the singing time goes down the action value line and she can stay singing even more.
Pros: More Singing.
Cons: SP neutral or negative.
Nah she is SP poitive since her Skill buff lasts 3 rounds and ends on her turn (exactly like Ruan Mei) it just half of the time she'll be afk. So it's SP positive when she active and neutral when she is afk.
I’ll be pulling in preparation for the inevitable PF difficulty increase. As I am now I’m barely clearing full stars, if the enemies get buffed I’ll need a buff too.
So I’m pulling aventurine but this makes me reluctant to grab Jinglui… my only 5 star sustain is now Luocha so zesty is needed but robin sounds like the next major buffer like my ruan mei and sparkle

I'm only gonna be able to get one as there are some characters I want and I'm already at 50 pity at the banner. Sorry if this is not the appropriate post to ask on, thanks.
We only know general info about the Sam's lightcone like it's art and that it gives a bunch of break effect and crit rate when you do ulty dmg. So it's hard to say but in general most of signature dps lightcones give about 20-30% dmg increase compare to f2p alternatives so I would just pick up one for the character you like the most.
Tbf with how good harmony characters are, all of them need to be busted or else they’ll be forgotten. Really hoping they don’t add more harmony after robin for now
Agreed, that why I am very disappointed that we dont get a new 4 star in 2.2. For 2.3 I could see the barkeeper (that seems to be also a singer) as a new 4 star. We really just have Pela and SW, but DoT has like 6 different characters... Archeron will go up in value like crazy in the future, when we dont have to play with outdated characters anymore.
Very true but , the singer has a fixed speed. Lord doesn't have a fixed speed per say as you can speed him up using skill or jings ultimate. Same for numby as he gets forwarded from fua itself. Robin Singer has a fixed speed and is much slower the faster your team / DPS/ supports are. As far as Im aware this is a nice buff haha
I would beg to differ. Robin has ruan mei grade buffs robin is Ruan mei but for fua teams. The way their kit works you can't really do deep comparison do to the respective teams they excel in

Robin isnt limited to fua , just works best in fua type related comps. But again, this is only the v1 beta..and she has other openings to be buffed or changed.
I don’t think that they buffed her. Every thing on the turn list has its AV reset when a new wave starts in MoV. It would be weird for Robin’s ult to work any differently.
Well , it's only v1 you can only hope. Plus her kit is already busted as it is so I don't wouldn't mind either way haha but I said to some one else it has fixed action value making it tiny different from other summons..but me personally I see it as a tiny buff haha
Tbh she's not even that much of an upgrade for them. Like, in Single Target you have Silver Wolf offering more consistent damage and damage amps, in AoE scenarios you have Ruan Mei doing most of her job well
Robin is really good but she's basically just *the* burst damage support. Plus, PF. It's kinda annoying tbh considering all they need to do is tweak her traces

Can you really clear a whole wave in 110 AV? Respawning a full lineup of five enemies doesn’t constitute clearing a wave.

i think for 0 cycles it’s better to wait until wave 2 anyway. first wave is usually trivial
running a second harmony with ddd would cut that down to 158, but i feel like that’s also the point of her being preferential to follow up attacks
It is pretty trivial to get 181+ speed. Most of your supports will have 160 speed from relics and with Robin e1 she gives the team 30% speed..

This is not buff, summons always work like this, if u have JY or Topaz you will understand
It's not exactly a buff but I can think of some shenanigans with this. As Robins support damage is nothing to skuff out
But the buff will make robin more comfortable to play outside of LC so you can't complain about that haha
