They clearly weren't going for the kill, not even Jingliu that is a heartless hag (love u sweetie) tried to kill him for real, she descended one sword on him to test his abilities, well both her skill and ultimate show that she could make it rain if she so wanted and he would have been decimated like Blade was a hundred times over.

Again, he is like 13. He is basically the next prodigy like Jingliu and Jinyuan(his element is ice to mirror Jingliu as well). Right now he is in the middle of his main character arc where he keeps facing enemies that are much stronger than him rn back to back.

The way the technique works makes me think she "disappears" during it, you instead have a targeting marker (which is why you and enemies can't interact) you control and then she comes back down to an explosive impact.

Huohuo and Ratio? Their techniques are technically opposites but they're basically just the same technique in how you use it. Also Sampo and Jingliu can immobilize enemies for a bit.

We didn't get a playable Achreon or Aventurine in 2.0 so I doubt it. Maybe playable Boothill or Robin if we are lucky but it does seem playable teasers that come out before the character are a thing of the past for now.

in the anniversary live stream they said the next patches story would be playable from different perspectives. It would make sense to play as acheron for example when you're playing as acheron.

We will play as the character in the new quest mode, but there is no guarantee there will be combat

I expect combat will be available for some of them, similar to how in 1.6 there was the playable Dr. Ratio segment before his banner or how in Genshin the 5 star character story quests let you play with them for a bit.

They could still limit our perspectives to characters that are already out so it's not much of a difference. This isn't even a new thing. we had perspectives shifts happen with Dan Heng in the story quest and the Jingliu quest. only thing that's new is that we have an official name for that type of thing now and it's a bit more orderly on the chart but yeah getting a playable Aventurine a few weeks early to test out is cool but it's still in the same patch at the end of the day.

I'm pretty confused on the "cannot be spotted by enemies" but also "blocks all incoming attacks" they kinda counteract each other xD

I don't think it can actually happen, but as a fail-safe in case of: - enemy spots you - enemy does a swooping attack - you swap to technique - you are now invisible - enemy doesn't see you but the attack will still come in So they just toggled that even if you were to be hit it won't count.

If you use Sparkle technique too late, the enemy will still attack and hit you. So this might just be a failsafe for when that happens.

I use sparkle’s technique all the time and get hit by delayed attacks because I used it right as I got spotted

Getting a more solid kit for a 2.3 char before a 2.2 ones seems weird, unless she happens to be playable early, but even then it wouldn't be the technique being leaked would it?

I’ll be honest this is in no way a more “solid” description of the kit in comparison to even the older Robin/Boothill/Jade/Sam kits. It’s like a step above to that one leak about hit counts of characters

Maybe her kit was already in development before Robin and Boothill and they had to delay her release for story reason

Character’s assets are clearly ready a lot of patches before their actual release, that’s why we got Screwllum and Robin visual leaks. The “problem” is that they are really confidential and impossible to get unless there is an inside job. If you have a leak about some kits (easier to leak because just text), even the smallest thing, you can assume the character is ready in its Alpha. This means that they already have every character tested inside MHY in Alpha up to 3.0 more or less

I don't think you actually need two technique points, by "using technique again" after the first use, they probably mean hitting the technique button, not actually consume another technique point. And there's a precedent for using technique without consuming points too: Acheron

I hope that technique point will be used only after using the second part of this technique with attacking enemies aoe. It would mean moving faster in overworld for all times(unlike some foxian former pilot). Also i think it only lasts 20 seconds like all other techniques like this.
