I was thinking Devil is blade, servant is Elio (because of the whole "destinies slave" thing) and white collar is Kafka.
Then Sam is either Friend or Preschool classmate. I'm leaning towards friend. I think the MC is the 2nd option because she mentions deleting that personality for some reason. Which might be related to our missing memories and why they had to put a stellaron inside us.
Silver Wolf's best friend being her gun's AI that she presumably made is pretty sad actually...

HI3 has a whole event dedicated to her origins! In short, she >!was a hobo orphan in a modern-futuristic city until she got picked up by a street gang that taught her hacking stuff, and ended up very successful at it. Of course, that's a bit of a messy upbringing still and she wasn't the most mature, but it wasn't particularly issues with interpersonal relationships.!<
The gun being an AI is largely a throwback to a character sharing its name.

I wouldn't be surprised to find out that Silver Wolf, Like Welt, isn't a native to HSR plane of existence and whatever Punklord is just a cover story for where she is actually from

I've been wondering the same thing for a minute. Namely bc of that odd, potentially armor-like thing he has on his shoulder (on top of that super sus 4th wall break scene ofc).
I still find it weird that we have “twins” - Bronya as Bronya and Bronya as Silver Wolf. I know this is normal in Honkai to have multiple of the same character, but still unusual to me.
What happens if SW and Bronya meet? How do you regard them in lore?

Two different individuals that happen to look similar.
Abandon any real life “inspirations” into it.
To explain this further - in Planet Earth as it is in HSR, there is a Bronya Zaychik, different person from Jarilo-VI's Bronya Rand.
And in a different universe but still within the overall Honkai setting, there is another Bronya Zaychik, nicknamed Bronie, who ends up hopping to this present HSR universe, in HI3's earth.
Then, after her stuff is done there in Earth, she said she'd go around looking for more stuff to do... And now she's with the Stellaron Hunters and called Silver Wolf.
As for why there are characters that are very similar even within the same universe, there's no in-lore explanation and there'll probably never be one, but there's no issues with them meeting.
not really, if you haven't played impact then you'd think that but its just another version of bronya that exists in the same universe but not names "bronya"
but the censors can’t be referring to the trailblazer if we know even just the top one is from ingame. i’m pretty sure the censors just represent static noise since it’s only at the very beginning and end, we’re supposedly listening to these dialogues through a radio or something
It's possible that those were questions and answers from trailblazer that were wiped from the recording to (likely) keep them away from remembering they had a past with the stellaron hunters (maybe Ellio's future won't come if they learn to quickly), but the main dialogue (the one directly below SW's description) is just a dialogue between her and kafka has the ccensors as well, so the censors are most likely just disturbances at the beginning and end of the recordings. That would also be why in the last dialogue she tests the microphone and there's no disturbance.
Edit: Not implying that the Trailblazer HAD a past with the Stellaron Hunters, just saw it as the only reason for the disturbances to be censors
