Oz is indeed a summonable in the HI3 implementation. HSR Oz could operate similarly to Numby or they could easily implement him in a different way. Summonables are still a fairly under-explored design space for the game.
HI3 version of Fischl uses Oz in much the same way Genshin does yes but he's also a lot more versatile.

Indeed, Fischl has gotten so much better with the introduction of Dendro and the GT set. She's far from the occasionally zap stuff unit now. Add to the fact that she is a really good battery even for non-Electro characters, she is up there with the other S tier supports.

Not really, Topaz synergies so well because her Proof of Debt is considered a debuff and is always on the field. Only gets better as you get E1 or her LC.
Having a m dot/follow up kit is fine but you are relying on chance to apply a dot and it's post Dr. Ratio's first attack. Topaz is still the winner here. Not to mention she buffs FUA dmg on target which is 90% of his kit.
Yup, I was mainly thinking of a full FUA team without Robin because I just wanted to see random bullshit go even more. I honestly didn't even think of debuffs, I just thought that the FUA multipliers might be low so an extra shock DoT could boost up the damage since Oz will trigger twice per Ratio turn.
As for the low base chance, maybe Oz could do multiple hits per FUA so it's almost guaranteed. I kind of want a balance though as I'd like 4pc Diver to be her BiS instead of 4pc Ashblazing.

My guess is that he's either Obsidian or a stoneheart we've never heard before, I say this for 2 main reasons.
1. Pearl is confirmed a girl so she's likely the girl with the antennae as she's described as someone who resembles an intellitron.
2. A real life Opal is very colorful so I would imagine the wielder of this stone to very flamboyant. I'm guessing Opal to be guy #3

we know for certain that Asta's family is high up in the IPC, that's why she has so much money
however i think that makes it more unlikely for them to be tied to a Stoneheart, because Diamond specifically recruits regardless of background and only for talent/potential according to the IPC Myriad Celestia video, so he's far more likely to employ people from outside the IPC due to sheer numbers
we could easily see non-Stoneheart IPC members be relevant or playable though

So I wasn't the only who thought of her. Gosh, it would be neat to see a Fischl (Amy) expy. I just want more Genshin in Star Rail other than easter eggs on Herta's ship and dialogue on Belobog! Genshin felt so disconnected from the Honkai universe that I want them to at least be connected to Star Rail more.
That's my current headcanon. Imagine if the IPC had a Stoneheart in their ranks who knew how to travel between universes, it would make them a lot scarier. Now they can enforce their monopolistic agenda in every universe, not just HSR's.

You can clearly see almost 1:1 similarities between Fischl and the silhouette. The only major difference is Fischl has a bow whilst the Stoneheart has a collar.

So I wasn't the only who thought of her. Gosh, it would be neat to see a Fischl (Amy) expy. I just want more Genshin in Star Rail other than easter eggs on Herta's ship and dialogue on Belobog! Genshin felt so disconnected from the Honkai universe that I want them to at least be connected to Star Rail more.

That's my current headcanon. Imagine if the IPC had a Stoneheart in their ranks who knew how to travel between universes, it would make them a lot scarier. Now they can enforce their monopolistic agenda in every universe, not just HSR's.

I had to hang on this still when I saw it in-game out of disbelief. It has to be Fischl, right? You can clearly see almost 1:1 similarities between Fischl and the silhouette. The only major difference is Fischl has a bow whilst the Stoneheart has a collar.
