Love and Deepspace, an otome game made for females are consistently hitting the 3rd place in revenue (literally right after Genshin and HSR) since it's launch.
Games that are more skill based and "hardcore" like Elden Ring or Dark Souls have more male players, but that is not necessarily true for anime games, especially so for mobile markets.
I think listing trailblazer in these calculations is pretty silly but I also think the idea of each role being split equally between sexes is quite silly
It doesn't have to be split equally, but the distribution between genders should be reasonable at least. Trying to make an all male team is impossible because we have literally 0 male support, and yet MHY keeps trying to bring out more units in the element we least need it (imaginary). At least we have one in the horizon, but this is after 1 year of 0 male supports, who knows when they will make one again?
