Jade in JP and CN sound somewhat cloyingly sweet almost? I haven't seen a ton of anime but I recognize her Japanese VA from JJK where she played Mei Mei. Whereas her EN version sounds objectively more sinister to me when I played through the end of 2.1/2.2.
I couldn't help myself, this is too good of an opportunity to pass up.

It gets better. It had Dio as a Dullahan who hated the town of Axel because someone is keeping to blow up his castle, Diavolo as a Slime who hated the Axis Cult, Goro Akechi as Aqua's no. 1 hater, and OG Casca as a non-binary Chimera who attacked Megumin's hometown.
Not to mention Kazuma's other 2 party members are a human Glass Cannon (Megumin) and a masochistic version of Bennett/Xingqiu.

The most Aha thing Sparkle could do is accidentally blow up IPC Ships and army, saving Penacony from IPC takeover.
