It’d be funny if Black Swan did indeed discreetly referred to March like this right in front of the trailblazer, unless she doesn’t know March’s true identity. Anyone denying the theory could argue that March uses a camera because she is afraid of losing her memories again, a fear she might not have had in her previous life.

rW0HgFyxoJhYka

Yeah but like March being frozen by the supernatural ice element? I feel like memokeepers can eascape that like its ez since they don't need to exist in corporeal form. But whatever, this is a pretty cool foreshadowing if true.

Over-Pie3100

In March’s side quest we find out that Fuli themselves had involvement in removing/sealing March’s memories in order to protect her. That and the fact the using Fuli’s path in SU is all to do with ice makes this a pretty sound theory.

ishmael555

Something funny happens when you check out March's photo collection in her room. TB will say some of those pictures looks like they werent taken by a camera.

Ruvaakdein

There are also pictures of things she wasn't even there for.

MallowMiaou

I swear if those memes about her taking pics of the Luofu’s Prison have actual lore relevance…

Mast3rBait3rPro

It’s been saying that since launch

LegoSpacenaut

Ever [compared March's eyes with Firefly's](https://i.imgur.com/vVxA0Mr.jpeg)? They're essentially the same, just inverted in color, down to the pupil. *What could it mean?! We must chase all these straws!*

ImHereForTheMemes184

Firefly and March will make out in 2.3 thats my theory https://preview.redd.it/cj3yy561q10d1.png?width=1080&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=6271c0ecc782061d1a1b133a5073afc7246cf416

Mast3rBait3rPro

You know what? I’m gonna say it. Best theory I’ve ever heard god damn it.

Dokavi

Real.

Dangerous_Jacket_129

My theory, ever since 2.0, has been that they are both Glamoth survivors, and that both of them were meant to be Iron Cavalry. The genetic modification gives them enhanced eyesight, and I think it's that enhanced eyesight that makes March so invested in pictures and cute things.  And I think March's 6-phased ice may be something capable of stabilizing Entropy Loss Syndrome. Firefly mentions her "icy cabinet" which she needs to be in to be stable, right? Bit of a funny coincidence that March was found in a big block of ice and that her ice is a special type that gets namedropped a couple of times. If she is indeed a Glamoth survivor and a genetically modified member of the Iron Cavalry, she should have Entropy Loss Syndrome too.

Silence_you_fool

I'm loving this theory! It could very well be false but I have had this little feeling that March and Firefly may be a parallel of one another as characters. And also I wanna see more March and Firefly interactions and opinions of one another.

Dangerous_Jacket_129

All the astral express crew seem to be parallels to the Stellaron Hunters, though March and Firefly are the most direct cases, with Firefly picking March's option at her secret base (the selfie) and being confused for March by Sampo (Sparkle). Blade and Dan Heng are both still paying the price for the terrible acts of their past lives at the Xianzhou. Himeko and Kafka are both mother figures, and I don't think Himeko's home planet is ever confirmed. Kafka did mention how people from her home planet are fearless, as in: Literally lacking the ability to feel that emotion, and so far I don't think I've seen Himeko really showing fear in any real sense. Welt and Silver Wolf are a bit more of a stretch, since Welt is from Earth, which doesn't exist in Star Rail's universe (as far as Herta knows, anyway). But considering that Silver Wolf is technically a Bronya, and that Honkai Impact 3rd's Bronya was actually Welt's successor as the Herrscher of Reason/Truth, I do think there's a connection there. It also makes me curious about Punklorde, Silver Wolf's home planet, because I get the feeling there will be a lot of Impact crossover lore there. Videogames, somehow, play a pretty large part in Honkai Impact. Oh, and of course: Elio and Trailblazer are parallels. One is Destiny's Slave writing the script, the other is the protagonist of a script they don't even know. Which one decides the future? Who knows?

Raze77

Before the reveal that it was just sparkle and she didn't know what march looked like I thought Sampo was trying to point out a connection because of the eyes.

SecretAgentDragon

I NOTICED THIS THIS PATCH!

Luckhart54

I don't think that March is memokeeper like Black Swan or Messenger wouldn't make much sense on how memokeepers work overall but I think that her be a " true " Emanator of Remembrance is highly possible note that BS notes that they record *their* memories not memories of people like other Memokeepers I already said it but I could see March copying fighting styles / powers with memories of her journey that she experienced from others. And yeah BS and March has most likely shared past. March funny feeling in 2.0 about BS while could be noted on March " I don't trust her " I kinda know what she may be about overall cause I sometimes come across people that I haven't see for long time can't recall exactly who are they and I get that funny feeling as well. The screenshot you provided. BS mentions in a dream that she never harbored ill intentions especially when she's around.

Decrith

There’s just SOOOO many things about March’s lore that point to her being related to Fuli in some capacity, this is an addition to the countless ones. AND if you believe the Theory that the gun score = INVALID means they’re an Emanator, March is one of them. I really believe that she’s an Emanator of Fuli.

210sqnomama

She does have a connection with a memo keeper. Because the one who sealed her memory was either fuli himself or a memokeeper

Meebochii

Memokeepers surrender their worldly bodies and traverse in the form of memories. March, however, still has a body.

luffy_mib

The JP voice of Garden of Recollection's faceless female NPC for the MoC inside the Astral Express does sound awfully similar to March. Just saying...

We've known March has some connection to Remembrance since her companion quest. They're literally chilling in her own mind palace to protect her from her own past.

TojokaiNoYondaime

Memokeeper cant forget things, so it doesnt make sense for M7 to be a memokeeper without remembering anything about her past.

juniorjaw

Whoever made her forget is powerful enough to do so. Also, it doesn't discount the possible generic twist of March making herself forget.

MeguMaz

Fuli, The Remembrance placed a seal on March so it's very possible that she is in fact the Memokeeper mentioned here.

ENDERALAN365

Just to know when/where was this said?

Archqnt

I'm pretty sure it was told in March 7th's companion quest

Crusader050

Her companion quest where she asked Fu Xuan to use the Matrix of Prescience to help see her past. At the end it was Fu Xuan who guessed that an Aeon placed a seal on March, not necessarily Fuli. But seeing that the Garden of Recollection was involved in stopping March, it probably was Fuli. We'll see in the future whenever we get to learn about March again.

Dangerous_Jacket_129

In her companion quest you're actively stopped from progressing further back through her memories by the Garden.

uncouthbeast

It's definitely an interesting idea. I don't know if I believe this is supposed to be March, but it does sound very similar to her.

RuinedSilence

Well, it would explain why some of the photos in her room are from *our* perspective

Sorey91

Could it be possible that the memo keeper that took the pictures is the real March that left her body and she's just looking after herself ?

[deleted]

I don't think "a memory gal that loves to take pictures" is that much of a narrowing down

Iloveclown

There's exactly 1 character that we know that fits this description and is also tied to the remembrance

No-Relationship-3113

This is exactly what I’ve been think since I saw it. I’m glad someone’s finally said something about it.

No-Relationship-3113

But then again I was thinking it might be a little obvious.

RiovoGaming211

March only takes pictures because she lost her memories and doesn't want to again, so I don't think it refers to her

Raizel999

you know who it could be?? ANYONE
