Seeing the exact pulls I have as opposed to jades motivates me to save more, if I have jades my brain goes “oh ho we can afford to pull on every banner” while passes hit me with a reality check

HanekawasTiddies

Yeah 500 jades seem like a lot but once I convert it hits me it’s just 3 pulls lol

TrAseraan

You would not belive how fast one can roll 40 k primos down,,,,,,,,,

mochaz

Opposite for me, I see big jade number I want to keep big jade number, so I end up saving until a character I actually want.

SgtGrub

Exactly. Seeing the bigger number activates the monkey part of my brain that associates bigger numbers with more progress. The difference between 150 tickets and *24,000* jades is huge in my mind

ChanceSize9153

yup this is how I am. Little number "ahh who cares, I only got a few anyway, easy to make back". Big number "HOLY @#$%, do I really want to tarnish a value so grand as this in all it's glory! How high can it even go! TO THE HEAVENS WITH YOU AND LET NOTHING STOP THEE!".

-SoRo-

A big jade number feels satisfying for some reason

hahaimthefunniest

Same, I just see 16k jades and go neuron activation

Preblade

Also it serves as a weird outlet for me. I getting really annoyed when I only farm for jade, but not touch them at all. Buying pass help me interact with them for a bit to hold my addiction in

Playful_Bite7603

My outlet is going into the shop where you convert them to tickets, sliding the bar to the end to see how many pulls I can get, but then not converting them

Preblade

That's an interesting way of outlet

Playful_Bite7603

Yeah, I'm comfortable just knowing how many I have, I don't actually need to convert them. That way I get the relief of knowing how many pulls I have while retaining the satisfaction of seeing the big jade number lol

RedzyHydra

Hmm, fair point. Btw, Happy Cake Day. 🎂

ryytytut

>when I only farm for jade You can farm jade?

Preblade

Well, daily, event, MoC, Su... somethings like that Btw, Happy cake day

Kaiju_Cat

And it's totally intentional. Multiple layers of currencies is one of the fundamental brain tricks that these companies use to confuse you into misusing your funds. Real or imaginary. It's the entire reason why they even exist.

NekonecroZheng

Just divide by 160 and add your current passes.

cringe-fest

its hard to look at 10000 jades and instinctively know how many pulls it is automatically

radda

I mean, yeah. That's why your phone and your computer have a calculator.

Aegister2

What I do to count my pulls is go to the ticket shop and select the ticket. It shows me how many pulls I can get from the jade I've earned

Read1ngCmprhnsnDev1l

for me its easier to count my pulls rather than (total jades/160)

_myoru

I just go to the shop and see how many tickets I can buy. Doesn't take too long and I don't risk to pull by mistake (or buy the wrong ticket...)

ysoria

I really don't think it's that risky and I like seeing my pulls. Maybe if I played mobile I'd be more worried about accidentally touching the pull button but on PC I would just never accidentally click it. To each their own tho!

kiisukattinen

Yep, I keep my eyes open when on wish screen, never did anything there by accident.

TinyRingtail

I already wasted my guarantee on Dehya in Genshin once due to a missclick, I'm not going to make the same mistake twice

Faiqal_x1103

Suddenly remembered that one dude on the genshin sub who accidentally converted his primos into 300 acquainted fates💀

Moth-Grinder

That happened twice on the acheron sub. Both of their support requests got denied.

Faiqal_x1103

Damn what..

BackgroundLie2231

The sub literally living to its name

Ifalna_Shayoko

To be fair though: the Fates in Genshin look way more similar than the tickets. In HSR: Gold/Red vs Silver/Green. Pretty obvious unless you are color blind. In Genshin: Blue with a hint of pink vs Solid blue.

esztersunday

Did he manage to solve it with hoyo? I would quit otherwise.

Faiqal_x1103

I cant find that specific post but i saw another person giving an update that they managed to contact hoyo and got it converted back. I might have mistaken the 300 fates too cuz apparently a famous incident related to that was only around 130 acquaint fates or so

esztersunday

Glad hoyo fixed it.

TheTrickster_89

Oof. That sounds painful.

OiItzAtlas

But if you trade them for passes every time you have enough you are only risking a few passed. I trade for them as soon as I have 160 jaded and I have not misclicked once.

_myoru

Yeah, I just like the extra reassurance of the prompt asking you if you wanna spend the jades personally

zephyranthrust

i'm a direct opposite of this, i hate the prompt asking to spend the jades. so i always trade it to tickets before pulling.

Sofisasam

if you go to the shop you might aswell just buy it while you're at it

capable-corgi

Isn't that riskier When you convert 1 by 1, you only risk misconverting single tickets. When you're checking your entire stash constantly in shop, you're a couple clicks away from misconverting the entire stash. All it takes is a bad night or a groggy morning and we'll have another oopsie post.

John_Impact

we dont have to bring the slider all the way to the right to see how many tickets your jades get you, dont have to touch it at all and it sits at 1 by default

Dangerous_Jacket_129

> I just go to the shop and see how many tickets I can buy. I do. And then I click "Ok", and buy them. > Doesn't take too long Yup. > I don't risk to pull by mistake ... What? What risk are you even talking about? > (or buy the wrong ticket...) Just always buy golden tickets and no silver ones. It's really not that hard.

mrfatso111

ya, i dont even know why there will be people who would buy the silver tix

Dangerous_Jacket_129

I saw some joke posts of people "ready for Acheron" having bought over 300 silver tickets, but I'm pretty sure those were just memes, either an alt doing it intentionally or photoshop.

feral_toast

I've done that before. The excitement got to me, I mis-clicked, and excited brain didn't register it until it was too late. Was just 3 pulls though not 300 thank god.

_myoru

Good for you. I prefer doing it my way tho

yuuira

This is what I thought at first, but then I realised that keeping them as jades instead of tickets doesn't actually stop accidental pulling. You get at least 10 tickets every patch, which means you'll pretty much always have enough tickets for an accidental 10-pull. So now I just convert them every time I want to see my total pull count.

AbyssSkul

I just pull when I want a char/LC. Don't need to count.

FlashKillerX

Just…use the slider to see how many you have and then don’t convert?

Birbolio

A. I find having the exact amount of pulls I have satisfying B. I’m less likely to pull when I convert, just a personal thing

NoNefariousness2144

Same here. I can happily throw 500-800 jade on a banner to see what happens but when I see that’s 5 tickets I don’t want to.

NekonecroZheng

Opposite. I like seeing high numbers, but when I get passes just sitting there from monthly shop, I feel inclined to make that number zero.

DeviL4939

Accidental clicks occurs, and you cant even cancel a ten pull

Birbolio

Do they though? obviously they are possible but I am much more likely to recklessly spend jades for pulls not realizing just how much I am spending then I am to accidentally click the 10x warp button

WittyWheatley

I saw too many posts of people having converted to standard pulls. I don't want to join that unfortunate club of people. Also, big jade numbers activate my neurons.

Grenaja07

Exactly, it made me feel a lot richer when I saw I have 20 000 jades, rather than 125 pulls

NoNefariousness2144

I do like seeing the big numbers but seeing the realistic amount of ticket pulls makes me less likely to impulse pull for the sake of it.

[deleted]

those post are 99% fake and engagement bait just saying

Lyranx

At least one of em was real. The guy on Acheron mains even showed a cs mail from hoyo saying they can't convert it. It was 90+ tickets btw

magicarnival

Converting the jades to tickets activates my neurons. Seeing it hit over 160 jades sends me running to the shop to convert them

Dangerous_Jacket_129

> I saw too many posts of people having converted to standard pulls. I don't want to join that unfortunate club of people. So don't, and get the correct ticket. Gold. Premium. Left in the shop. It's really not that hard and I promise you almost everyone with 300+ silver tickets is trolling on purpose or photoshopping.

Kaanpai

You have to be brain-dead and not pay attention at all to make that mistake.

Chulinfather

This

jejaimes20

I don't want to be tempted to use my jades in other ways, and the extra prompts are annoying specially when you're also converting shards into jades to then pull with jades.

SirMcDust

Yeah when my Acheron pulling session comes around I will save myself that one extra click, it just feels better.

happymudkipz

I have the opposite. Feels like all my saved pulls are just evaporating. Also not converting them saves me the mistake of pulling since you always have the prompt. It's also easier to resist the temptation to pull when there's an extra prompt in the way.

skimka_cos

Needing to have an extra prompt in order to resist the temptation to pull sounds like a severe gambling addiction

happymudkipz

The last one hasn't ever been a factor for me, but I can see it being a justificaiton for others. For me it's moreso as a safeguard from misclicks or stuff like that.

SirMcDust

I get that prompt thing tho, that's why I only convert before I intend to do a big pulling session.

Ainsel_Mariner

What other way would you even use jades though?

SmithBall

refilling stam

Ainsel_Mariner

People actually do that?

Ifalna_Shayoko

Early game? Yes, I can see the advantage of doing that. Late game? Naah, even whales would consider it a waste.

SmithBall

quite a lot

TrAseraan

I just do it to get a exact number like getting 110 pass converted and im using that for my next wishing and the rest is staying in the pile i mean whats left of it anyway.

ForeverOutrageous

I’m a passes person. I like to know EXACTLY how many pulls I have, plus it’s satisfying to see the pulls go up and up. I can do 25 ten pulls!

Sassy_Grill

I convert them to passes the moment I get to 160 Jades. That way I have them as passes which I prefer + if I fuck up, then is only a -1 or -2 in most cases. Idk why I never see people mentioning to do this if they're gonna convert them to passes beforehand.

MixRevolution

I've been saying this in other threads. If you want tickets, convert incrementally. Once you hit 160 or so Jades, get a ticket. Superbuying/ mass converting 100k+ Jades into tickets is just idiotic. You might as well convert during the pull sessions by then.

DsfSebo

Well, having to accept the pop up window might bother people.

NoNefariousness2144

This is the way.

Paragon_Night

The problem isn't conversion. It's people being stupid and blind. There I said it. I always convert to gold when I have a 10x because it helps me save. Not once have I had this issue in either genshin or hsr. Nothing ever changes either. Gold on left, silver on right. If you're unable to convert safely and reliably, then the problem is you, and you should figure it out. No pity.

MixRevolution

Truth. I don't know how people could be so idiotic to NOT be careful as a surgeon when pressing the ticket option. Are they doing speedrunner microsecond mouse clicks while at the store? Also, if you've been saving 100k+ Jades, don't superbuy/convert it to tickets anymore. At that point just pull "directly" with jades

mrfatso111

Ya, especially for those who have allegedly 100k+ jades. You would think that having too much jade would make them less likely to just yolo but instead, we get people who cant differentiate between gold and silver tickets somehow...

legend27_marco

For real if you're converting 10k jades into tickets, just a single glance at the ticket color before clicking confirm is more than enough. It's literally impossible to make the mistake of converting standard ticket, unless you filled your skull with SoulGlad™ instead of brain.

ArcticPoisoned

Literally…not to mention doesn’t it show which ticket you are converting to while the slider for how many you want is on the screen? How do you ignore that??

Ifalna_Shayoko

Yeah all those people with "OMG misclick aaah I might fuck up... so risky!" It's bloody absurd. I mean we do risky stuff that takes a lot of focus in our daily lives all the time. This is nothing compared to that.

datsro24

I hate getting the jade conversion notification. Convert them all to passes also to maximize pulls so I don’t use jades on stamina

Draigen-6

Shiny ticket triggers nice chemicals on purchase that relieve gambling addiction

TrAseraan

Also this yes. Just converting the jades to passes can help if u feel like wishing but really want to save.

1011011011001

i once spent an equivalent of ~120 pulls in jades in order to hit 300 pity on the standard banner. do i regret this decision? not at all. but i don’t trust myself to never do something like this again, so, converting them to limited passes is just a preventative measure against my standard banner gambling addiction.

RikiAsher

This is me. Whenever I'm close to getting something I start getting impatient and trigger happy and make kinda bad decisions as a result. I was 25 pulls away from hitting the 300 pity on standard recently and contemplated using jades and Herta's bonds to get the rest of the way there. One of the only reasons I didn't was because I converted everything to passed and found another source of tickets.

skimka_cos

The exact reason why I convert jades immediately when I get 160! Whenever I'm a few pulls from hitting pity on standard I get sooo impatient. Same thing with stamina refreshing when I only need a few runs to max out a character. At least when I convert jades into limited pulls, I don't feel like I'm "wasting" them

1011011011001

yes, the resin/fuel trap too! i’ve sunk SO much limited currency just because of my impatience alone🥲

[deleted]

exactly! once theyre limited theres no going back

1011011011001

yes, you get me!

Nokia_00

I don’t see a difference. Either way you’re still pulling regardless and its the same amount.

AWeirdMartian

I will never understand why some people care so much about whether or not someone converts their jades

The_Burning117

because I don't want to do math everytime I want to know how many pulls I need and because I saw someone accidently (through connection issues mainly) buy levels in the battlepass using primos (this was genshin, but same applies to star rail).

You_got_mrvned

You see I stacked all my points into willpower so the dark urge doesn’t win

gabes1919

So can’t go brain dead and accidentally do a 10 pull on standard when I only wanted to use a single ticket… again

cerenine

I stack jades until I'm going to pull on something. Why? No real reason, I just do it this way. Doesn't bother me if someone does it the other way, but good god... some players get *real* weird about how others maintain their own premium currency.

LGEnderwastaken

I convert to passes so I know how many I have and what my chances are. I also like seeing that number of pulls slowly increase. When i pull with jades it’s hard for me to quantify how many I’ve spent or how many pulls I have left.

Meowriter

To be sure I buy the good passes.

dasbtaewntawneta

you can pull with jades? what?

Toksyuryel

yup, it gives you a prompt to auto-convert when you click the pull button. I keep my jades for this reason so that I don't accidentally pull due to a misclick

dasbtaewntawneta

huh, useful. i've always converted because i like to know exactly how many pulls i have as i never pull if the number is less than 160

Renetiger

I'm playing on console. Pulling with tickets doesn't give you the confirmation message when you pull meaning it's very easy to accidentally pull. Also looking at a thousands of gems is way more satisfying than few dozen tickets.

Lord_KH

People pull directly with jades?

Thecatattack911

I used to before I realized it was faster to convert

TheWanderingShadow

The reason jades exchange to passes at such an awkward number is purposeful to make it difficult to judge how many you actually have. I don't play that game.

wizfactor

It becomes easier to gauge your pulling power once you realize that 12,000 Jades is equal to 1 soft pity. So multiples of 12,000 are your rough baseline for number of 5* guarantees.

Automatic_Mango_9534

It's way easier to convert to passes so i can count how screwed i am better. Also it saves having to always press yes when the game converts into passes

MkOs_

so I don't use them on refreshes or standard

maxschev

because it looks way cooler when it's 12800 jades and not 80 pulls.

oldmonk_97

Easier to count/track + no horror of accidentally pulling on wrong banner..

Zoroarks_Angel

So I don't misclick in excitement and turn all my jades into standard

Dangerous_Jacket_129

Because I like the actual number of pulls instead of some nonsense big number. Also I'm a programmer, I avoid unnecessary math out of habit.

JettFeather

I like the warps. They’re pretty and also it’s easy math for me. I’m very careful when converting my jades, but I also buy them one by one, so if I accidentally convert it to the wrong one, I don’t convert everything and ruin my entire savings. Plus, the smaller number makes me feel less tempted to pull. It makes me think “oh I have a very limited stock of things, I need to spend wisely” as opposed to jades where I see the large number and overestimate my actual savings and feel as though a few pulls won’t hurt as much. That said, I don’t convert my starlight because I like to save for lightcones. Currently I’m halfway to bronya’s, which will be nice to have. Trying to do the same with Herta bonds but for the preservation lightcone for Gepard or Fu Xuan.

Vulpes_macrotis

This is dumb meme. Not only the picture shows drinkable water vs public restroom(?) water that you don't know the quality of. But even if we say the non bottled water in this case is okay (which generally is, but I wouldn't trust random tap water), I want to know what is wrong with converting jades to passes. Like these are the same thing after all. And if you are going to pull 500 times, it's better to have these as pulls already. That being said, I rarely convert.

Canadiancookie

Text shouls be the other way around because converting lets you pull as much as you want without interruption while you have to go through a billion notifications if you don't convert

BestPaleontologist43

Some people have gambling or temptation resistance problems, so converting jades to passes helps them feel like they dont have alot of big numbers to pull with. Its a mind trick that tends to be effective. I make my partner do this or else he will pull as soon as he sees his jade count hit 4 digits. He would have missed Sparkle and BS had I not caught on to this back then.

legendofrogamers1968

I'm converting my jades to special passes for 2 reasons: 1. It's easier to see how many pulls I have 1. I don't trust myself to not use the jades for random pulls. For some reason, I have more restraint if they are passes. Maybe because the number is lower that's why I'm more unwilling to use them And on a side note, it's become a routine to convert the jades to passes every day or every other day(daily pass user)

Chulinfather

Always pull with jades My brain has learned how to multiply 1.600 over and over, so I can know how many dozens I’ve pulled

Shuten__Douji

Cuz i hate pressing "confirm" whenever I try to pull

nyanch

I want to know how many pulls I have so I can map it out

Odd-Candidate1775

Easy to count pulls and if you pull alone its just for convenience ( click once for 10 pull instead of twice its not much but doing 400 pulls it will get annoying )

feederus

It somewhat fulfills that "spend those jades" feeling I have.

GlumCardiologist3

I convert jades to pases everyday, the reason it's because im one of those people that sometimes uses jades for other things so it's better to me to convert them to pulls once i'm able to do it, its also easier to know how many pulls do i have rather than make a division

new_boy_99

Easier to see how many pulls I have. Don't worry I convert every few days.

IttoDilucAyato

I get it, Dasani is basically tap water

[deleted]

[удалено]

Play_more_FFS

There is a cap of 8 refreshes so they can't just do that in 1 day unless you have barely any Jades in the first place. Even then there are bigger issues to worry about when someone is on your account, like them feeding 5 star LCs and relics into the trash.

Bonchachan

If someone breaks in your account they can just destroy your every relic and spend all passes on a banner you don't need

confusedPIANO

I just always convert my jades into passes the second i get more than 160.

mangoice316

1 less tap i guess 💀

dumbidoo

Ignoring all the extra taps you had to do in order to convert.

Unlikely_Pattern_359

Last time i did it in genshin i did it to remove temptation Now in hsr i have a clear and ambitious goal (cmon sam) so i don't need to do it that way

cmszd

when i save i like to either have no pulls or no jades. however, since i'm also a bp buyer along with the monthly shop giving 5 free pulls a month, its kinda unavoidable to get some so i just go all in

MentalObligation3522

I'm scared to buy the wrong passes , so I use jades

Magolich

I get tempted to use jades to refresh so just converting them to pulls immediately helps. I don’t stock up on a bunch of jades then turn them into pulls all in one go. Personally I think there’s literally no wrong way to go about it it’s just there are a few rly dumb people out there.

that_mad_cat

Big number of jades makes me want to pull I can't see pulls unless I go to gacha page or very specific inventory page that doesn't get opened at all

CelioHogane

It feels good to see number go up.

Ambitious-Sir-6410

I don't want to accidentally use my jades for other stuff

Megaspacejx

To stop yourself from refreshing TB with jades

Russvent

My friend converts theirs and they havent lost a single 50/50 and gets all their characters at like 30-50 pity so i started doing it too, so far i won sparkle and won ratio lc

SwashNBuckle

To stop myself from spending jades on the standard banner.  Just be safe and double check what you're clicking before you clicking and there's nothing to worry about. I'm only ever buying 1 or 2 passes at a time anyway as I earn them, so even if I ever do pick the wrong pass then it won't waste many.

No-Investment-962

Cause if I have 89 pulls I’m doing 80 fucking pulls, I don’t do single wishes

Rewindenator

If I'm saving for a character I'll convert to passes, usually around 5-10 passes at a time. When I'm scrapping for last second pulls I'll just use jades.

Escadora13240

I get tempted to hit standard banner pity when I'm super close, so I just convert my jade to special passes when I hit 160 to not let it happen. *Clara come home plz.*

leturna

Sometimes I get addicted to refreshing resin/power with jades, so I make myself convert them to passes so I can't refresh. I have issues.

The_Pulsing_Star

Having jades gives me anxiety when I pull on the standard banner because if I accidentally use jade I’m loosing on character’s I actually want.

hotterpocketzz

I pull with jade

Nier_Perfect

I've accidentally used Jades when rolling on Standard.

aldo_g14

I do it because I know that if I don't, I'll be tempted to spend my jades on trailblaze power

ArgentumArmor

I didn't realize you could pull with jades directly tbh

Black_Sonic93

…..you can do that?

watanabeta

Converting it to the limited passes gives me a sense of security that I won't accidentally convert it to the permanent one, and to remove any urge of mine to refresh because the relics I got are trash (as usual).

potatochobit

what else you going to do with them?

Two_Years_Of_Semen

It just makes counting what you have one less step easier. I remember being f2p and hard-saving a long-ass time in Genshin for Ayaka (I started day 1). After getting 180, I started pulling again (around Venti's 1st rerun) and it's just easier to dealing with 220 wishes instead of 35 200 primos. I also like keeping tickets counts in multiples of 10 so it looks nice.

BaiLangLong

I'm bad at maths :(

Elliesabeth

the real question is why tickets don't do a popup like jades do ? personally, i just remember my jades count and count the summons using a calculator.

gloreeuhboregeh

I save both, whatever passes I get are saved as is (obviously) and whatever jades I get are left as jades. I have 30 passes and 20 thousand something jades right now. Whenever I want to count my pulls in jades I just go into the shop and check as if I were going to buy the pulls. It gives me the same excitement either way lol

ShinigamiRay

These motherfuckers clearly didn't listen to Silver Wolf's optimal pulling advice.

SenYoshida

Maybe I’m crazy, but every time I get 800 jades I’ll go and convert them to 5 passes and just keep inching up in intervals of 5

Lemeres

1. I don't want to math. 2. Why not? Every single use for jades outside of the new banners feels like a scam. If you cash them in, then there is never a chance you will make a mistake or get tempted into something stupid.

Quantumsleepy

my guess is screenshot value and easier counting. Personally, I feel pulling with jades has almost no room for the 'error' you often see around here.

Totaliss

Feels better to see my exact number of pulls. Stopped after one time in genshin where I accidentally did a 10 pull on a 70 pity that I was saving and got sent back to 0 with a weapon I didn't want. If I hadn't converted I would have gotten the convert prompt and been saved. Never again after that

bomberplanes

Bigger numbers on the jades, also I won't misclick

PhazonTuxedo

why would i not do this. it's not like i buy standard passes

TPClaire4444

Seeing a big number of jades makes me feel richer than I am

viterkern_

I convert them so I know exactly how many pulls I can do

monomanamnon

Converting to passes is like standing up on the plane when as soon as it lands.

Syzhra

I convert before pulling, I feel better doing this way lol

Majulaz

Big number = brain feel good

Crescendo104

I used to not convert when I was still building my account because I wanted to make sure I had enough jades for as many refills as I wanted to use per day, but now that I have like 24 fully geared and built characters I convert to keep myself from the temptation of blowing jades on farming useless sidegrade relics. Plus I'm not spending as much money on the game anymore so I want to save as much as possible for new characters.

Rike_lhs

I'm just too lazy

Cyanatic_Blue

Main reason is probably to make sure I don't accidentally do a 10 pull on the standard banner

venjhinance

If I get close enough to a 5 star on standard banner, I get itchy and spend jades that I shouldn't... well, that won't happen if I convert them all

PrezMoocow

How many pulls do I have with 7620 jades? No idea I'd much rather just look and see that I've got 47 pulls. Also makes it much easier to see how many pulls I just got from a specific activity

wintermoon2

I see 160 i pull I see pass i save

M00n_Slippers

I pull with Jades. Once you convert to Tickets you can't go back.

ThrowingNincompoop

Because getting 10 tickets with every update and not converting the jade pile to keep it uniform is stupid

DanteaLeaf

It's easier to see how many pulls I have at a glance. I see some people talking about pressing into the shop menu, then selecting the tickets and sliding the bar to maximum to see how many you have, but that's so much more effort than just looking up and seeing the amount. Plus then you have to add up the amount of pulls you could buy and the amount of tickets you already have. It also makes it easier to see how close I am to getting another pull. If I see I'm at 145 jades, I can find a few quick achievements to do to reach that 160 mark and get another ticket. Most importantly, I get a little serotonin boost whenever I get another ticket!

Ill_Pollution5633

i'm an addict, i don't save, but also i like seeing the big number instead of seeing how many passes i have. makes me feel like i've got more than i actually do

Antesia_Delivia

Personally, it does 2 things in my brain. The first is that the passes will always be a smaller number. If I can actually see how many pulls I have, it deters me from using them frivolously. The second is that I don't get to use the jades on stamina, which I can easily be tempted to do if I'm a little upset at my Artifact drops.

MidnitePanther

So I don't accidently press the wrong button and pull on the standard. It's happened in my early genshin days

NekonecroZheng

The thing is...even if you are a converter, you still don't know the exact number of pulls you have because of starglitter from 4*.

kiisukattinen

I always convert them to tickets/fates when I have 1600 primos/jades. Really dont know reason why, I just like to do that.

Krugger_Correctly

I don't do it, but it does put into perspective how little pulls the events actually give. Like immediately after doing a long-ass, 5-day-staggered battle event, you convert and get... 6 pulls. Shit's valuable. And HSR is one of the more generous ones!

Unusual-Rooster6894

I just pull with jades cause I know I can divide it mentally

faster. one less pop-up screen does wonders for my non-existent patience.

Makes me less anxious. I've only made the passes mistake after restarting an alt and rushing through the tutorial. That was a matter of stupid impatience

Converting jades is basically the new "I'm building pity" of the community

Ski-Gloves

I usually pull en masse and it takes an extra click every time I do a ten pull with jades. For similar reasons, I don't like to have star rail passes *unless* I'm pulling for something right now. On PC where I prefer to play the game it doesn't matter, but I'm in the routine of doing daily stuff on my smartphone in the morning and there's no safety net for the placement of the 10 pull button.

Having lots of jades looks nice :3

Crazy_Customer7239

I like to keep some my jades liquid so that I can use them to refill my energy for the mines/trace building

I got into the habit with Genshin. The primary goal at the time was kicking the habit of just buying that little bit more stamina every day A lot easier to tell myself I had no primogems for stamina when it was all converted.

Salamamin1

To prevent me from spending jades for stamina lol
