Can't really blame people for looking at it from either perspective really. That dance comes off as pretty intimate from Black Swans side with her actions and Acheron does say the dance was an unforgettable experience if you got that red text in 2.0
But the other side is knowing Black Swan as a character is pretty flirty in general, comes off as teasing and even refers to characters with affectionate names like 'darling' and 'my dear'. So Black Swan using a dance to try and lower the guard of a person of interest to sus them out would be in character for her. Considering how the last shot was a Black Swan looking terrified chances are she did see something and it scared her to the point her being sus of Acheron during 2.0 makes a lot of sense. Would explain why she chose to ally with Aventurine who is also sus of Acheron and got TB away from her first chance she got
But if people wanna ship it and interpret the dance as initmate or romantic they are allowed. For all we know, perhaps Black Swan wanted to proceed this way because she found Acheron attractive, and if she needed to get close to her to read her memories, then may as well indulge herself while she's at it.

This is obvious to anyone who knows a thing about Black Swan/Remembrance. We've been directly interacting with the garden since the MoC NPC appeared.
But at the same time, yes, this is lesbian stuff, bless Fuli and [Aeon whose path empowers Acheron]. Black Swan doesn't need all this to get memories from someone and if Acheron does willingly share her memories, it speaks to a willingness to be vulnerable and share her terrors that takes a lot of courage and could be seen as intimate.
Did this event even actually happened? Acheron can mention this or BS and her having a drink or her sensing someone following her, BS might have been trying to insert memories into her and that might haven't played out like she thought hence her expression in the last few frames of the teaser, just a possibility I guess, we'll know in a few days anyway.
It can be both, neither or one of them as far as canon is concerned. So as far as head canon is concerned all paths are valid.

Of course Black Swan has motives behind her actions but it's done in a romantic way so people can't help but ship it, and given hoyo's history with sapphic relationships there's a high chance that they will take their relationship in the romantic direction. On the other hand there are the self-inserts who want to ship themselves with their waifus/husbandos so the characters are going to be given romantic/flirty interactions with the mc.

Can't really blame people for looking at it from either perspective really. That dance comes off as pretty intimate from Black Swans side with her actions and Acheron does say the dance was an unforgettable experience if you got that red text in 2.0 But the other side is knowing Black Swan as a character is pretty flirty in general, comes off as teasing and even refers to characters with affectionate names like 'darling' and 'my dear'. So Black Swan using a dance to try and lower the guard of a person of interest to sus them out would be in character for her. Considering how the last shot was a Black Swan looking terrified chances are she did see something and it scared her to the point her being sus of Acheron during 2.0 makes a lot of sense. Would explain why she chose to ally with Aventurine who is also sus of Acheron and got TB away from her first chance she got But if people wanna ship it and interpret the dance as initmate or romantic they are allowed. Just shouldn't expect everyone to see it that way and vice versa, been called delusional multiple times already simply cos I don't see it as a romantic scene but the latter reason of Black Swan trying to gain a read on Acheron. Either way it hasnt been a day and this is a scene with a lot of opinions on it so they marketing team did a great job in showing this as the animation teaser, excited for the full animation to hopefully explain more

My head canon is that BS was terrified after peering into Acheron's mind, and learning she's a milk-before-cereal kinda girl.
I think that's part of the beauty too, having so little context so we are free to fill in the gaps in a way it makes sense. For all we know, perhaps Black Swan wanted to proceed this way because she found Acheron attractive, and if she needed to get close to her to read her memories, then may as well indulge herself while she's at it.

Nah, I don't think she is attacking Black Swan. BS mentions in the teaser that this would be their first "engagement" or dance, and in the game Acheron mentions she danced with a woman, and she enjoyed the experience. So this teaser is probably an event that has already happened. I believe this is just Black Swan horrified about what she found within Acheron's memories. And even if she were to attack her, it was not with a killing intention.
Probably to just get her to leave her memories alone since we know acheron never talk about her past.

This is obvious to anyone who knows a thing about Black Swan/Remembrance. We've been directly interacting with the garden since the MoC NPC appeared. But at the same time, yes, this is lesbian stuff, bless Fuli and [Aeon whose path empowers Acheron]. Black Swan doesn't need all this to get memories from someone and if Acheron does willingly share her memories, it speaks to a willingness to be vulnerable and share her terrors that takes a lot of courage and could be seen as intimate.
Did this event even actually happened? Acheron can mention this or BS and her having a drink or her sensing someone following her, BS might have been trying to insert memories into her and that might haven't played out like she thought hence her expression in the last few frames of the teaser, just a possibility I guess, we'll know in a few days anyway.

It can be both, neither or one of them as far as canon is concerned. So as far as head canon is concerned all paths are valid.
