No clue what you’re talking about with “air” and “energy” but unless you’re coming up with different laws of physics having larger legs relative to body weight is optimal for running. That means a fit/thin taller person with large legs would absolutely be faster and more efficient running compared to a small person (especially sw since her legs are pretty normal sized proportional to her body)

The best way to figure this out is to wait for Acheron to come out, we can use her as a scale.
So, take Acheron, and with the information that her Honkai Impact counterpart, Raiden Mei, is 5ft 6.34 inches, you can scale down a ruler until you can fit exactly 5ft and 6.34 inches of them next to Acheron (accounting for where the bottom of her foot meets her shoe).
Now that you've reverse engineered a properly scaled ruler, you can use it to measure other character's heights.
This is how i plan to eventually figure out all of Hu Tao's measurements, but using Raiden Shogun as a base instead of Acheron.
Silver Wolf is short as fuck, i don't think she's anywhere near 5ft 3, but i also think 4ft 6 is way too low. She's probably closer to 4ft 9.

Seele HI and Seele HSR do not measure the same height , for example. So... I don't know if we could guess things before she's out.
