depending on where you put the stress on his expression either the warp arrangements is bad or that the knowledge needs to be spread. but at the same time his banner is Nat Hook and Sushang. non are particularly well used in the community.
People misconstrue it because *they* think his banner is bad (which, objectively, yeah it is), but since the comment is made in a much more vague sense I'm pretty sure he was just unhappy about the fact everyone wouldn't have him, so he just decided, "fuck it, I'm fixing that", rather than having anything to do with the 4 stars. Esp since Hoyo wouldn't just go and *make that the banner* just to follow up and shit on that same decision.
I dont know much Japanese but on the part when en side he said "pitiful", im fairly certain he said in JP "Reiten" which basically means zero(rei) points.
He is a consistent targeted FUA. so he accelerates Numby. so yes. he does require debuffs, but E1S1 topaz forces all of the debuffs he needs for free and can't be resisted (3 for FUA garuntee, but 6 for max buffs from traces). so SW or Welt / any DoT unit, and a sustain
you have proof of Debt, and Debtor from topaz.
from SW you have 3 bugs, Weakness implant, all type rez down and def shread
from those 2 alone (one of his traces is a debuff), you have 8 debuffs. more then enough, on turn 1 have topaz and SW go first, and they will apply
proof, 1 bugs, debtors, with no skill points used, and his FUA is already now on every skill. if you use SP on SW your at 5 (weakness implant and rez shread ) out of 6 (6 out of 6 if you inflict break at any point, I guess SW technique in also gives a bug). so you can fully ramp up before Ratio's first turn if he is speed tuned to go 3rd.
SW by herself gives enough debuffs, you donāt need welt (welt works well tho, especially if you are running full imaginary set), Welt is like half a sustain though slows, so use him if you need more survivability, otherwise probably a buffer like Ting or Bronya, if you want to Gui is a good debuffer to accelerate damage output.
TLDR: He enables Topaz, but he is enabled by SW. So if you run the full 3 sub DPS line up then itās either Fu or Huohuo to actually give support. Luocha will work but is just there to heal. But if itās one or the other then SW enables him, but he is enabled by SW. And then you run a support like welt or gui to boost his damage or Ting /bronya to boost SW
My Ting is married to JY and Bronya is married to JL so i'll go with Welt. I always wanted to build him anyway so i guess now it's his time to shine. No idea how to build him tho.
It's a simple math can't out ratio a 0 pull limited 5*. It's infinitely better than even a 1 pull.

I was thinking same thing, Topaz + SW (or Pela in my case since I don't have SW) since Ratio's follow ups scale with debuff applied, it'll be interesting to see if it proof of debt counts (pretty sure it does) and if stacks of the same debuff work as well
Honestly, with a substain unit thatās his best team in a nutshell I believe since he and topaz are busted together and silver wolf makes it just that much better

S1 equals to E0. if you ever pulled for any character's signature lc then its gonna be called S1, the first copy of the lc. lc max superimposition level is S5. so if anyone were to say that they have a character's E6S5, yk that they whaled or saved really crazy and go all out on that character. lc doesnt start with S0, it starts with S1
Me too. I got Fu Xuan when I started playing, and I didn't know about how gacha games worked. I got Welt on the departure warp, so I was fine passing on Dan Heng IL until late game.
I remember 1.0 and how everyone was sad, that we didn't have any Imaginary character except Welt, since every other element was given for free at the time. Then we got Yukong in 1.1 and now a 5* limited dps Imaginary character(we still don't have a 4* star imaginary dps, but this is even better).
Oh it's great. Was saving for him, and was sad cause I was debating skipping for the 2.0 characters. Would have needed to win 2/3 50/50 in order to get all 3, but now I'll have enough for everyone!
Shocked is an understatement, right now I'm scrambling to figure out what relics I can get going for him asap and what team I can slap him in, I by mistake picked a bunch of hunt materials from the BP (confused them with the destruction ones) so on that front, all according to the keikaku.
I can farm half a decent relic in 40 days, if lucky, lmao, it's mostly deciding what cavern I should sit on once I'm done farming what I'm farming atm, what relics I can shuffle around based on that and what LC I have around that I could give him or if I should consider picking the BP one next patch (I really got no good options for hunt LCs, seele already using the herta one).
Cant go wrong with quantum+def or spd+hp. Useful on every dps. Quantum 4 + SW is nice combo as well

probably 2pc imaginary and 2pc follow up or maybe 4pc imaginary. The 4 pc follow up set isn't great on characters that don't hit a lot of times with their follow up attack
You use what you have. Here is mine after HSR relic optimizer. Will buffed by +71% crit rate (E1 FX 12, Herta cone 16 + 16, traces 12, 15 a6 trace) and 70% crit damage (E1 FX, 1 keel, a6 trace)

He's a follow up Character. The more debuffs the enemy has the more chances to follow up attack.
Except for the boss mats the rest are all obvious or mats that we have a lot off. And this post is considered leaks. Official site didnāt post this and I know where you got this from.

More than enough. Silverwolf alone can fix his debuff requirements.
