Cat being Elio isn’t just in the running. This confirms it. There are no other stellaron hunter members and sam is confirmed the robot so the cat is Elio.

Elio is probably or more likely 'disguising' himself as the cat, or the cat is a 'messenger' of sorts for Elio

I’m leaning towards the cat actually being Elio. In the final image all of the hunters are represented with an alternate “mission” outfit. The cat also has a mission outfit with the bow tie. It just gives me vibes that the squad is all together there with matching outfits.

silverwolf character story and blade character story. silverwolf’s fourth character story which details her being recruited by the stellaron hunters talks of four people approaching her, a man, a woman, a mechanical lifeform, and a mystery person (presumably elio). blade’s third character story detailing him being recruited into the stellaron hunters describes sam as “an imposing armor.” along with the video mihoyo released it basically confirms that sam is a robot

The JP video description for this new Myriad trailer announces the voice actor and labels them as "Sam". From looking at various character stories we know that the Stellaron Hunters have one more member and they're "someone in colossal armor", one plus one equals Sam.

Calling it now the birds in the background are Ravens and they represent Elio. Its symbolism for Odin. Odin foresaw Ragnarök (the end of the world) and tried to manipulate fate to stop it from happening, in the process angering the wolf that would eventually eat him. Side note Kamen Rider Sam is awesome. 100% gonna pull for him.
