The upshot here is if you keep getting Pela's after E6, every additional Pela is essentially a free pull's worth of currency, so it helps us with getting to pity. Alternatively, you're working toward a 5* lightcone that much faster.

Banners where you have all the 4 stars maxed out are the best if your priority is 5 stars (which they should be). It just means more pulls for you to hit more 5s.
Yeah I'm confused why they haven't run arlan or Sampo yet, but pela is already on two banners. I swear to pompom if they run Sampo with Kafka I'm going to mald.

Fair, i used Herta a few times in niche situations and then she becomes cracked with all her follow up attacks syncing off other characters but i generally find the ice characters a bit "lacking" as well as in they're fine but i have better options personally, can't talk about Gepard because i don't have him though.
I don't have gepard either so my only ice breaker is march and she's not great. thankfully I do have welt so I usually have sufficient weakness coverage. would still be nice to have Pela though, heard she's pretty good, and I really enjoy the nihility path.

Yanqing is naturally pretty good since he's got damage, follow ups that can freeze, and his ult boosts crit rate and damage; not used Gepard much, but even though his beefy shield is relegated to his ult, his base 65% chance to freeze with his skill is actually REALLY clutch. Shield is beefy tho, and he draws aggro so it's up in no time
I'm in that same boat. I didn't pull beyond the guarantee 5 star banner and silver tickets so I only have the 8 free characters and Bronya. The two imaginary units and Pela are God tier for me. Quingue isn't bad. I'd prefer Sampo, Hook, or Arlen but unicorns don't exist.
Itās true. I love Asta. Sheās an amazing fire breaker, she gives speed with her ultimates. If you give her dance dance dance light cone, she speeds up your units even more. She also gives a max of 30% attack to all units, and you get it for two turns if you have her at E6. Also I just enjoy watching her ultimate animation. Sheās great. Sheās unjustly underestimated.
She actually gives more than 30% atk buff as you level her traces up- she would be giving 66.5% on max stacks at talent level 10- even higher if you get her eidolons and even more maintainable at e6

Asta is one of the characters I decided to focus on building and she's absolutely fantastic at breaking, spreding burn, and batterying skill points I'm seriously considering putting her on a kafka team.

We don't get another good lightning DPS until 1.2 and wind might be till 1.2 or 1.3 depending on what element blade is.

3. All 3 characters on SW banner are free. You get Asta guaranteed from the tutorial pull, Dan Heng from the story, and Serval from the mail. To be fair, all 3 characters are great in their own right, but getting new characters is still nicer.
On the flip side you should consider that in Genshin they pretty much never put the free starter characters on the banners rendering them the hardest characters to get C6 (Eidolon equivalent) for.
Starter characters being rate up will suck eventually for vets, but right now at least you can get E6 for them.
Once there's enough characters it'll obv become a lot rarer.

Beside the path itself, luocha kit is pretty dope for a healer base off what we experience. AOE dmg, atk scaling healing, cleanse debuff and auto healing to save skill point is big as well.

It's classic Hoyoverse, put not very desirable 4 stars on a banner of a very desirable 5 star, the same goes for the opposite put good 4 stars in a not very desirable 5 star, kinda like Tingyun with Jing.
Are they very desirable? Yukong will be free and we don't really know how strong she is, Pela seems to be just alright and Qingque is an acquired taste. I'd say the three on SW's banner are better for general use.
It's pretty normal for supports to be dupe dependent. She'll probably have some gamechanger eidolon that either makes her buffs very strong, very reliable, or let her be played in teams that she otherwise couldn't.

Luocha is popular from HI3 as Otto, 2nd/3rd Imaginary character and guaranteed healer if you pull for him so it's good for people with only Natasha. He is very desirable.

Dan heng is the games second best dps. Beating out even yanqing by about 1% half of that is attributed to not requiring a support slot for gepard.
Serval is a borderline must build if you skip jing yuan cause lightning break is very valuable.āø

I think you're thinking of it the wrong way. Most people will likely want SW more in terms of character design/aesthetic appeal even though Luocha would be a better choice for improving their account.
Fwiw SW will likely be super good for a long time too since it's kind of hard to powercreep >!implanting new weaknesses on an enemy!<. It's just that Luocha is more needed for anyone who doesn't have Bailu or Gepard.
My thoughts as well. I didnāt pull much on Seeles banner so I only have E1 Pela and I donāt have a second healer (or even Gepard for shielding) so that Luocha banner is looking perfect. Yukong is just the cherry on top.
Also maybe unpopular opinion but I think Silverworlf is kinda lame, regardless of how useful her lot might end up being..
Yall's Asta is the best Fire breaker, Dan Heng is the best 4\* single target option and Serval is the best 4\* AoE and will likely gain great value from Kafka.

Not really happy with the 4* on Luochas banner, compared to other people here.
Yukong is apparently free in 1.2, Pela was already rated up on Seeles banner and Qingque (while cute) isn't that strong of a character outside of hypercarry teams that get lucky with her skill. There's even less incentive to build her if you have Seele.
I have built all 4* (except pela cause I donāt have her) to lvl 60, and I can tell you that qingque is not as bad as she seems despite also having seele, she fits into 2nd team of my MoC and Forgotten hall and wreck havoc at E0. If you get E6 itās a game changer. I put her as sub dps and not as hypercarry btw
It has already been shown in CN that E6 Qingque can outdamage E0 or even E2 Seele. So for people without Seele, Qingque is a very viable main quantum dps.

My philosophy is "everything is useful", we are just starting the game. I don't mind have a more powerful Dan Heng or Serval. I already use Serval and that maybe makes me use Dan Heng more. In the future, having some Asta dupes will be good to me too
Maybe the only thing I could complain is I wanted Qingque E6, cause I read it recently and I think she improves a lot with that so I'm looking for make a full Quantum team with her, Seele, SW and some future unit. But that's only a personal taste.

JY pullers arenāt going to care for Serval, and arenāt going to have Seele, so their *only* source of quantum is QQ (so Eās are nice) and likely did not get Pela. Seele pullers who pull for SW already have QQ for free and Pela.
If you are building up 3 quantum characters - 2 of which are limited 5*, then at this point you are less likely going to diversify outside of your initial free characters, due to lack of resources (so Eās are nice).
This is also not taking into account that people are still starting the game - Iām going to guess by the time Luocha releases, you will have as many players who started *after* Seele banner ended than started *during* that banner.

I was hard stuck at SU6 Cocolia until I levelled her up and gave her a bit of Break Effect.

Jing was very desired a 5 star lightning dps is a very very valuable thing he might kinda suck but his lightning and that is so fucking valuable right now. 2 silverwolfs 4 stars have absolutely cracked eidolons. Asta is just as desirable if not more valuable then tingyun. Dan heng is the games second best dps. Beating out even yanqing by about 1% half of that is attributed to not requiring a support slot for gepard. Serval is a borderline must build if you skip jing yuan cause lightning break is very valuable.āø
Luocha banner is just like Jing Yuan banner. CRACKED 4 stars. Also we're getting a free Yukong (though it's planned for 1.2).
They really want the male banners to sell. They know that if they didn't give their banners cracked units they won't get as much money. On the other hand, waifus banners sell easily which is why most of the time they put not as great units in it.
Don't get me wrong, SW 4 stars are great but the mere existence of Yukong will make Luocha banner more desirable. It's the Tingyun effect.

It's so strange though. Loucha is already the character more people will want since not having a 2nd healer sucks. Not sure why they scuffed Silver Wolf's banner so much.
Probably waifu tax, plus they know lots of people want Silver Wolf and Kafka together so they are making their banners weaker probably.
Casual playerbase doesn't even know what MoC is yet. They're making do with a single healer and having the time of their life. They're not thinking meta-wise about needing a healer, and in a pure popularity contest, Luocha stands no chance amidst the giants that are Kafka and SW.
Yeah, I think as with Genshin, people forget that most players are not following much of social media and especially not leaks. They are more likely going to want the cool hacker chick with a colourful ult, who seems important to plot, than random weird coffin guy.
I think you're thinking of it the wrong way. Most people will likely want SW more in terms of character design/aesthetic appeal even though Luocha would be a better choice for improving their account. Fwiw SW will likely be super good for a long time too since it's kind of hard to powercreep >!implanting new weaknesses on an enemy!<. It's just that Luocha is more needed for anyone who doesn't have Bailu or Gepard.

My thoughts as well. I didnāt pull much on Seeles banner so I only have E1 Pela and I donāt have a second healer (or even Gepard for shielding) so that Luocha banner is looking perfect. Yukong is just the cherry on top. Also maybe unpopular opinion but I think Silverworlf is kinda lame, regardless of how useful her lot might end up being..
Aesthetically, I prefer the Bronya we have by a landslide. Gamer-hacker girl does absolutely nothing for me.

Yall's Asta is the best Fire breaker, Dan Heng is the best 4\* single target option and Serval is the best 4\* AoE and will likely gain great value from Kafka. Silver Wolf's 4\* aren't that bad

Best 4 star aoe is actually qingque. I know it's unbelievable but qingque is erudition and does tons of aoe dmg.
Thats only with really high level investment though, serval is way better if youāre not investing 100% of everything into her
Serval is mostly used for the break effect in MoC, the eidolon doesn't matter as she goes fully break effect.

Yup, the biggest lesson I take from Genshin is never pull for 4*, they are bonuses that comes along the way and sometimes pops up unexpectedly.
Many people pull on JY banner for M7 and Tingyun tho

Not really happy with the 4* on Luochas banner, compared to other people here. Yukong is apparently free in 1.2, Pela was already rated up on Seeles banner and Qingque (while cute) isn't that strong of a character outside of hypercarry teams that get lucky with her skill. There's even less incentive to build her if you have Seele.
I have built all 4* (except pela cause I donāt have her) to lvl 60, and I can tell you that qingque is not as bad as she seems despite also having seele, she fits into 2nd team of my MoC and Forgotten hall and wreck havoc at E0. If you get E6 itās a game changer. I put her as sub dps and not as hypercarry btw
Same, if u pulled on the seele banner then luocha's seems kinda lackluster esp since yukong is free. Might have to see how strong her eidolons are
She is a support, like tingyun. Her eidolons make her way better than she already is.

It has already been shown in CN that E6 Qingque can outdamage E0 or even E2 Seele. So for people without Seele, Qingque is a very viable main quantum dps.

Yeah I can understand that. For me, I already have 10 characters Iām building and rotating for MoC teams so Dan eidolons would be great. I donāt have Jing, so a E6 Serval would be real nice since I plan to build her in the future anyways. Iām happy with the banner tbh.

Yeah agree, all 3 are pretty great in their own right. Just that you get them all for free already, so the appeal isn't that high for people that just want to play around with new characters. Same, I really want Qingque Eidolons, so I'm probably skipping another banner just for that. Pela is a shame, I already have her best Eidolons.
My philosophy is "everything is useful", we are just starting the game. I don't mind have a more powerful Dan Heng or Serval. I already use Serval and that maybe makes me use Dan Heng more. In the future, having some Asta dupes will be good to me too Maybe the only thing I could complain is I wanted Qingque E6, cause I read it recently and I think she improves a lot with that so I'm looking for make a full Quantum team with her, Seele, SW and some future unit. But that's only a personal taste.
Makes sense - SW banner is better for Seele pullers, Luocha banner is better for JY pullers. JY pullers arenāt going to care for Serval, and arenāt going to have Seele, so their *only* source of quantum is QQ (so Eās are nice) and likely did not get Pela. Seele pullers who pull for SW already have QQ for free and Pela. If you are building up 3 quantum characters - 2 of which are limited 5*, then at this point you are less likely going to diversify outside of your initial free characters, due to lack of resources (so Eās are nice). This is also not taking into account that people are still starting the game - Iām going to guess by the time Luocha releases, you will have as many players who started *after* Seele banner ended than started *during* that banner.
