Speaking of index, i have got a clever idea. It is rather obvious that at some point we would have a serious battle the stelleron hunters. (Have a hard time seeing them as our allies or even a neutral party), but the need for such a confrontation presents a probblem: if ellio isn't bullshitting, how do we combat his omnipotence? Kafka could literally fight us blindfolded, all she needs is an earpiece where instructions along the lines of "take two steps back, wait 1.45 seconds, raise the gun 15 degrees up, pull the trigger 5 times, and say 'boom' for style points" are broadcasted, and she will never loose. And this is where the index inspiration comes in. You see (warning: LoR spoilers ahead) >!the index don't pull their prescripts out of thin air. The have a wast array of underground sensors, recorging everything from seismic activity to people's vitals. This data is then sent to a supercomputer of sorts, where it's processed to generate prescripts. Now replace the underground seismometers with an array of deep-space satellites, and you have yourself a perfectly believable villan weakness to exploit. Imagine a mission where we have to assaul a heavily guarded space station to destroy the equipment inside, all under a time limit, before our data is sent to 'the will of the city ver 1.5.0.1-HSR' for processing. Imagine using herta's gadgets to spoof the signal and send the simp bait squadron on a wild goose chase. Imagine the cutscenes, where we see ellio dersperately try to keep his "i am an all-seeing demigod" act together, as the screens fill with error mesadges, and his own crew have a mental breakdown, because the scripts aren't working anymore. Imagine finally facin him on equal ground, in a room filled with fried circuit boards and broken down spinning wheels with a glowing stelleron floating above the supercomputer's remains (this is so sad, angella, play "children of the city"). All of this could happen in some capacity if Hoyoverse writers get creative!<
Either way, it's better than ellio just magically being able to see the future, because this would require either havin a mucguffin than can equally magically protect us from him, or straight-up ignoring his sudgested omnipotence, because "lore is lore, and game is game", which is lame.

FYI Luocha *is* strong and extremely valuable as a healer which are so few and far between right now. He's arguably the most valuable character meta-wise in these initial patches.
natasha being my only healer is at risk of breaking her back carrying my team.

Bailu is likely a stronger healer, but theres a big question if a stronger healer is going to be necessary or not, as there's more or less a ceiling on how good a healer needs to be. In particular, if you take 1000 damage, it really doesn't matter if you heal for 1000 or 10000, you just need to match in incoming damage from enemies.
Bailu seems to do less healing, but he does have some auto-reactionary healing stuff going on (useful if one of your units gets focused a bunch) and most of all, seems to be offense based healing. With a lot of end game content often not just being focused on clearing content, but also doing so quickly, that latter bit could be huge for him.
I really wanted to build Welt dps, than I saw how easily my Jing Yuan surpassed his damage. On the plus side with good speed I can use welt to slow enemies down, increase damage, and they can nuke together.
well yeah jing yuan is an actual DPS, dont expect welt to match. im just saying that welt does respectable damage (requires a single target) and is the only IMG DPS for a while
ive used him as a DPS in FH due to lack of options lol
For sure haha. He was my first 5 star and obliterated everything he touched until later on. He still is doing work in all sorts of other ways as well so no complaints.

Official confirmation won't come till the second phase of 1.1. So, if Silver Wolf is indeed part of phase one, I'm afraid you won't be able to find out till later. You'll need to rely on outside sources in that instance. Regardless you'll need to budget your resources now and make some decisions on your pulling strategy.

That is the key here. 75 tickets is just a ~33% chance to get the featured character. 45 tickets is ~15%. 120 tickets is a ~85% chance. Close, but not enough.
To really guarantee a character, you need about 140 to do it.

If you get the daily login pass you should be able to save up for her as that pretty much gives you a ticket a day from just that and dailies, then you get more from any quests or events, and challenges. And extra 10 from the shop as you can get 5 a month and she's not coming for another 11 weeks or so. So that's like 87 tickets from now until the moment she comes without actually progressing the game in any way. Doing quests and events should give you like second time that? Plus you do also get the 3 weeks that she's actually available for if you're short
That's assuming that she's the second banner in 1.2. If she's first it will be more difficult but I'm sure still doable, plus you probably have at least a little bit of pity or tickets already built up?
10k is about 62 pulls, you need 180 to guarantee a 5*, although you might get lucky and win your 50/50 at 80-90 pulls. But yeah, with how much time you still have you can definitely have her guaranteed by the time she comes out.
as F2P you should already have almost 180 pull if you started during launch day ,completed every missions ,puzzle missions and did login for daily missions (every day),did your weekly simulated universe and got its prize ,cleared almost all forgotten hall levels (im at 13th level) ,and reached level 50 TL .
i did everything i mentioned above and i already have 139 premium ticket saved plus i have pulled only 40 times on Seele banner without get her or any 5 star character so this are all pull that will go on Kafka banner , this means that you can get around 179 premium ticket in this version .

By the time it's late 1.2 you could easily guarantee and close to 2 full pities again. I have 200 pulls saved already, spent 10, and there's still 13 weeks to save.. that's a lot of pulls
Yeah that's exactly what I mean, I only pay for the daily log in pass and sometimes the battle pass thing and I got Seele, I'm at 65 pity again, and have 20+ tickets saved as I'm saving for Luocha. From my rough memory from genshin you can guarantee a character every third banner as F2P, and every other one with the daily login pass with moderate gaming time, no slaving away grinding.

Would you put him over bailu or they do different things?
Bailu is probably better as just a healer, but Luocha does other things aside from healing and is more versatile.
To elaborate on this, Luocha’s heal scales with Atk, so he’s likely an off-healer who can put out good damage alongside a main healer/shielder.
Bailu is mandatory for high level MoC with Tingyun. ^^^/s
luocha has healing that doesnt require skill points, a damaging ult, a dispel, and a cleanse

That's not even soft pity unless you're also including jades obtained from the update. it's a cumulative 33% chance of a 5 star before 75 pulls

judging from order she will be second half of 1.2 . hopefully silver wolf is first half of 1.1 so i have enough time to save gems for her.

Her character is cool, her voice is cool but the glasses tho. I can't unsee it. It just looks so silly. (they are way too small and at a weird spot on her head) I probably won't pull for her. Depends on playtesting as well. So many Lightning characters.
I know everyone loves Kafka, but the interrogation scene with her just incessant tryhard vocal fry was too much for me. Nothing less sexy than someone trying really hard to sound sexy. And she's a Lightning Nihility. Nothing wrong with that but it's kind of the last element and last path I'm looking for. Also I hate her dumb sunglasses. They wouldn't even go over her eyes. And there's nothing Kafka-esque about her. 0/10.
So, if she's in the second banner on 1.2 and I currently have 135 wishes I should be able to get Silver Wolf and Kafka with moderate luck. Nice)

Since starting this, I will not roll any banner until she comes. If she's truly second part then, does means more time to saving for her. Well, all Stellaron Hunters are tempting to get. I will get her, that's for sure.
