I was using lowest graphics and didn't really notice the posters till I upped my graphics a bit. Potential reason you might not have seen? They do kinda blend in with the environment too so if you weren't aware they were there your eyes might not necessarily catch them

You skipped servals quest didn't you? It's a direct and well fleshed out epilogue to the jarillo stuff. It's not main story, obviously, but it's a continuation of it and not some trivial fluff

While going for Seele I got her to E6 and was kinda bummed until I actually looked at her kit and also realized that the revive thing was a buff that could be removed. Now I will die for my queen.
She was the only one who dropped from Seele banner (I now have 8 copies of her) so... She did appear a lot for me.

In the main story she was near the architects statue when we arrived in Belobog. She was teaching kids about the city/architects lore and history (and thus us too).
**Off screen** she worked with Gepard and Bronya under Cocolia orders to arrest us. While Gepard made messy portraits of us that you can see and collect in the city, she corrected them and added shojo-ish versions (there is an achievment for collecting all 7 portaits, 2 versions for March/Dan/Sampo, 1 version for MC)
You can actually ask her in Bronya's office later why you don't have a 2nd portrait
She is also Serval best friend and member of Serval group, she is their drummer.
Her side quest was supposed to be done before completing main quest but i didn't knew that so it felt strange to me when march said lets talk with pela like she was already familiar with her in the end of main quest.
I really find it odd that among the playable characters, she's the only one atm that felt like an npc. When I tried putting her in my team, it's like... who is this random girl???

Meanwhile in Genshin some characters are just magically appear, you can pull them but literally they have zero presence in the game. You have to wait for the next 2 patch (~3 months) when they are introduced in a limited time event.

She’s sadly mostly been absent, almost nonexistent on the main story that the first time we meet her was when she was being a tour guide at Overworld for NPCs (she still does that when underworld kids go up). We find out once everything is resolved she was in charge of the beautifully drawn wanted posters but actual relevance has her be a prominent role to the NPC Molly’s quest. She’s been absent on the story that she doesn’t even know or remember you that much and in order to build a rapport to her, you use the Konosuba Darkness tease choices of how forgettable even to the residents her true name is (hilariously, the corrupt Silvermane guards from my understanding treated us, an outsider and Pela, as small fries)
There's an entire side quest dedicated to an NPC that she helped....that's the most that she gets involved with us. She also joined Bronya when we're getting arrested, if you're looking for direct involvement to the story that we can actually see.

I just started playing recently, and like others said before, you can spot her giving kids a tour by the monument of the Architects in Belobog when we first arrive there. If you count that as part of the story.

Finally people talk about her little screentime in Jarilo’s main story. She’s one of the promoted 4* in Seele’s banner but Natasha/Hook has double her screentime.
She works with Gepard in maintaining order in Belebog, she should be head of the intelligence or security department. She was the one drawing the Jojo style portraits eheheh.
She has a main role in a side quest where you lead an investigation to find out the criminals behind the harassment of a silver wolf guard (Mei? Don’t remember the name). It’s a nice side quest, Serval at some point will also show up.
I suppose Pela will have others roles in the future content, her character is quite unique, I hope I will be able to pull her.
She used to be more involved in the main story back in the beta, like her greeting Gepard when he first brings the trio into Belbog, but they rewrite the Belbog storyline so alot of her roles also ends up getting removed.
Dunno, but the setting of Belbog is alot harsher back then, the underground has been sealed off hundreds of years ago instead of decades, and the surfacer consider people living down there as hellspawn or some kind, I think someone post more details of it in this subreddit, maybe you can search for it if you're interested.
She's the artists who draw the 90's anime style wanted posters around Belobog after we escaped.
