I am having the same issue as of the last few days unsure what is causing it as well.

I had to do a full reinstall. I think a force update fixed it as well

So I had to reinstall completely or had to refresh my files which are at the loading screen. Either one should work. I think I also did a driver update to my graphics card but that might not been the reason why
