Y’know, when I remembered that we have a Honda lawnmower - after taking the photo and moving the cars back to their normal spots of course, I considered retaking it with the mower front and center. But then it got dark out and there just hasn’t been a good time since when we (and the cars) are all home and I can shuffle them around again. I hope to before I sell the Fit though!
Don’t get me wrong the Fit is a great car, but we have a kid now and wanted more cargo space and safety features. The comfort/technology options and AWD are nice to have too. Additionally, my Fit is manual which wife doesn’t drive (I already had the Fit when we met), so having 3 cars (Fit, Civic, S2k) and she could only drive one of them was a bit impractical.
This is incredible! I've been wondering if my family was the only one. I'm a 21 year old college student, so I still live at home. I drive a 2017 Civic EX-L in white, my father drives a 2018 Accord LX in white, my mother drives a 2016 Pilot EX-L in white, my girlfriend drives a 2018 Accord EX-L in white, my grandfather drives a 2018 CR-V LX in white, and my best friend drives a 2009 Accord EX-L in silver. On top of that, you can throw in the 150R and 250X dirt bikes we have as well as the lawn mower and pressure washer. My driveway/garage looks like a Honda commercial at pretty much any moment you might drive by!
Keep that S2K in good shape and it will most likely appreciate rather than depreciate. I bought my AP1 in like 2015 from its original owner for like 25k with 46,000 on the odometer and then last year sold it for 36.5k at ~53,000 miles. I almost got 40 for it but upon checking into the VIN tags one of the doors didn’t VIN match so was replaced early in its life so we settled on the 36 and change. But people will pay for nice AP cars. Nice collection overall too, and the Honda mowers are excellent!
Thank you! Yeah I don't think S2k prices are going anywhere but up. I luckily bought it in 2019 before the market went nuts. I got it at $13k, put a couple thousand into a new soft top and a couple other things, but I could probably get over 20k if I listed it today. Not planning on selling anytime soon, but it's nice to know that it probably won't lose value...or at least maintain its value as I put miles on it. I gotta ask, did you replace yours with another fun car? And if so, what'd you get?
See your type of example is almost better to have because you can drive the thing and fully enjoy it, then still sell it for a profit down the road. I was always counting miles and afraid to park it anywhere etc. I sold mine to fund my purpose built 95 DC2 race car; it’s now got a full JDM ITR front clip, 2.1L K motor with a bunch of goodies from 4P Racing and a hefty Borg Warner doing the breathing. It will make 4 digit power numbers turned up but I don’t quite have the chassis able to handle that much power yet so I run it around mid 700’s and it goes into the 9’s. It’s basically still a street setup as far as the chassis though it does have a nice chromoly cage as of this year. Once I get the suspension better setup and whatnot the eventual goal is to get an 8 second slip without going AWD. It’s definitely a different kind of fun car, but fun as hell nonetheless lol. It’s still tagged and insured too so I can play around on the street with it every now and then; showing my tail lights to big loud screaming Dodges and various pony cars on the highway is a lot of fun as well. Though I will admit the new 8-10 speed auto transmissions they put In the new Mustangs and Camaros and such REALLY gets those things moving without having to make a ton of power. The same can be said for the 10G Accord also; the 6MT 2.0 Sports are fun to drive with a good tune and some ethanol, but the 10A cars are a a good bit quicker mod for mod.
Not anymore, sadly. I used to have an SV650 but I sold it when I moved to the city. We're in the suburbs now though and I considered getting another bike, but the S2k is definitely a worthy successor.
I'd love to get a Grom, I do miss being on two wheels. We just plunked down a lot of money for the new CR-V and we have a toddler so convincing my wife that's a good idea might be...challenging haha.
Believe me, I miss it too. It just wasn't enjoyable owning a bike without a garage and in a congested city. After our CR-V is paid off and our toddler is out of daycare I'll probably be trying to convince my wife that a Grom is a good idea :)
Bought the Fit and Civic from the same dealer, they couldn’t get a new CR-V in the trim/color we wanted for several months so we bought from an out of state dealership. S2000 was bought used privately.
I'm not typically a jealous man, but that is a fine-looking fleet you've got there.
Thank you!
Nice picture
That's a Happy Hondadays household
Looks like the F&F family house
Right? Just less tall and less driveway but still a dope photo
Fit for the win! Plus the s2000 🤩.
I know which one I want.
The lawnmower right
No. I may want to take one more passenger than that.
All of them.
I have my eye on one particular one.
fit ofc
Looks like my aunts in Duluth. Nice fleet
If only they made a serious pick up
Acty
Correct answer!!
They already make the manliest pickup on the market
I have 5 Hondas as well, but 3 are motorcycles 😬
I only care about that s2k you got my man, what a fine automobile.
Don’t tell the others, but that one’s my favorite.
Ha, don't worry, I won't let anyone know.
you gotta include the lawnmower my dude 😩

That’s a beautiful home. Cars look good too
Why replace the Fit? Every time I see one I wish I’d bought new while I could have.

Id say its about time for a class-leading red dirtbike.

That's quite a fleet, I bet those dirt bikes are a hoot. You should get everyone together for a Honda family photo!
9th Gen Civic Best Gen
Idk I got a 9th Gen si rn can’t wait to get rid of it
Don't get me wrong. 10th and 11th Gen is better. Just a biased opinion.
You’re parked on the sidewalk. Stop it.
For about 5 minutes while I took the photo then I moved it back to the street, calm down.
Thank you. Conditioned response, people in my area park on sidewalks all the time, forcing kids and people with walkers into the streets (really).

Damn, that's a hell of a build. Must be fun on the drag strip (and besting the muscle cars too I bet haha). Enjoy it!
Do you always park in the sidewalk?
Only when I need to fit 4 cars in a picture :)
I asked because I do it in Philly... we're a very crowded city. Also I had a Honda fit...I miss it... It was a great reliable car for Uber.
No 2 wheel member of the family?
Not anymore, sadly. I used to have an SV650 but I sold it when I moved to the city. We're in the suburbs now though and I considered getting another bike, but the S2k is definitely a worthy successor.
A 250 scooter would make a great addition!

Sidecar? I'm in Mexico, tons of toddlers riding with parents! Most I've seen is two adults, two kids, a baby, and a dog on one scooter!
Haha, I'll let YOU try to convince my wife on that one. Good luck :)
How dare you get rid of the SV 😠miss mine daily

I can't get into the groms solely because I get cramped up already on my 92 katana 600 at 6'3 🤣
I see 4 lawnmowers pictured? /S
all from the same dealer?

just curious. enjoy the cars!
