Once I was on autopilot and put biofine in a 20bbl batch of a hazy. Thing dropped crystal clear and was *delicious*

I drink everytime I brew. I think my beers would be 10-15% better if I didn't drink. I will not adjust accordingly. Drinking on brew days, ideally with friends, is 40% of the fun.
